Felgrande Village: By day, this city is alive with music, arts, crafts, and various forms of entertainment, not only in the taverns, but also in the streets. It is a city of peace, and celebration, but by night, this city undergoes a great change. Where once, there were brilliant works of art, and joyous celebration, there is now a lighted city of music, and tests of skill. In the distance, a Gothic, almost intimidating castle rests against the hills, the screech of bats, as well as the baying cries of wolves heard near the castle at night. While this city has an abundance of resources, and trade goods, this is all kept under control by Eladrin's blacksmith, as well as the Blackheart family, the Ancients keeping a watchful eye over what is theirs, as well as a secure grasp on the economy. Like the rest of Eladrin, this city is run by the queen, as well as the royalty, in order to keep threat levels as low as possible.
However, unlike the rest of Eladrin, this part of the community has progressed rather rapidly, its citizens already aware to create new items, and even create new weapons and armor from their worn out possessions. Because of this shift in progression, there is a strict policy that, rather than just discard their possessions, they must first see what else can be made from it, or if it can be restored. Goods such as wood, alcohol, animal feed, production materials, (glass, metals, clay bricks, large stones, and magical components) as well as tea, food items (vegetation, meats, cereals, preserves, and chocolate), and textiles (clothing, bedding, window drapes, and other fabrics) are freely passed to and from Felgrande, and from there, delivered where it is most needed in the city. Even the royalty outside of Felgrande are not denied these services if they are in need, or require a specific material.
