Castitatis_Lilium The young man did not sleep well, he was already awake and the furs were tossed away, the electricity that coursed through him had stopped now that he had awoken. But still he was scared of the lands, the people were all powerful it would seem, with healers, mind speakers and the king seemed to have control, so how powerful could that guy be. He still thought it best to run away, get out of here but there was food here, more food then he could ever hoped to have and there he saw the soup still there from before and so he moved to eat, even though it was cold, he ate it without any hesitation. There was no one watching him, so he went back to his corner to eat the stew, eyes on the doorway. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : fell asleep for a little while, long enough for Tylan to tuck her in, check her windows and things and make sure her room was safe before exiting her space. Soon as he was gone she was out of bed still in her tanned colored gown and slipped on her slippers and cloak and was out of her room. She had to walk around, as much as Tylan tried to help, he was over bearing sometimes. She moved down the halls and down the stairs to maybe get something to drink and maybe go look over at the gardens for a little while when she rounded a corridor...there was Adamar....he had over heard the conversation she had earlier with Lucien...poor girl couldn't keep her telepath hidden as he just smiled stroking her cheek as he spoke out. "So...the little birdy has found a way to tweet..." He said with a smirk as Eva turned away from him and attempted to walk away as he was following her, the others have been informed......anything happens to me you will not live long after the ball....pet.." She stopped for a moment and she knew what kind of friends he was speaking of. She didn't turn to him or nothing she just kept moving...she didn't even bother to get herself a drink. She moved straight to the gardens and hid between a set of rose bushes with her knees to her chest, her cries silent because she couldn't make a sound as she stayed in the dark just crying from Adamar's threat. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium The young man would look about, he listened carefully as he made his way towards the door of the infirmary, which he poked his head out of and then saw that there were guards there, he had no weapons himself and so he knew he was being watched, he would go back then to his corner and sit down, he would look about to see if there was a window he could potentially escape from, after all he was told he was allowed to leave if he so wished, so why were guards posted near the door. It was a lie, of course he knew it to be a lie, they were taking him. That woman said she was not a liar, yet why were there guards posted at his door he wondered. <F>
The infirmary maid watched him poke his head out the door to his room and look frantic at the guards. She shook her head and walked to the door opening it before speaking out to him. "If you wanna go outside, go outside... they're here to protect you not restrain you.."
Castitatis_Lilium When the maid told him, he was free to leave well this would of been the first smile he had ever given but it quickly was gone as he got to his feet and would move to the door, this time he was out like a cat out of hell, sprinting for the door. Guards protect, they never protected, they worked to hurt him, even when he was on the streets, they never guarded, they just pushed him away. But there he was running, unsure of where he was going, but soon he was in the garden. A nice one it would seem as it had been ages since he was last in such a beautiful garden. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : was crying and soon heard footsteps in the Gardens, she leaped up in shock thinking it was Adamar or some of his men but no, it was the boy she rescued along the dirt path behind the infirmary. She wiped her eyes and looked around before looking to him and nodding, the same guards that were watching him were now watching the both of them as she gave a heavy sigh the a bow of her head and really couldn't do anything else except fold her hands and either wait for him to say something or run, because the last time she tried to communicate he was afraid of her. So she remained silent. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium The young man jumped as Eva had come out of the bushes, he was not expecting that as he would think for a moment he did not know what to say, she had mind talking powers, but he would watch, she had no weapons on her, well nor did he, except for the power within him and so he would look back to the guards then to Eva. "Hello Miss Eva" Well he remembered that other man referring to her by that name and so he had used it now. Unsure if he was using the right name or not. There his own hands came to the front of his tunic, which they began to fiddle with the fabric of his shirt. Not sure on what to do, he did not have to scavenge for food, he had people watching him. He did not have to take orders, it was so strange for him. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : blinked and looked around, he was calling her miss, something she was going to have to get used to she was afraid since at the Ball soon they were giving her the title of Countess. Which she wasn't even sure what that title meant, but that's what she was going to become due to her new found lineage. She waved hi back and it seemed like he wasn't afraid of her anymore as she tried to telepath to him again. ~I talk this way because its the only way I can talk...~ After the mind link she kind of shrugged her shoulders as she saw him looking back to the guards as she shook her head. ~They protect those under the protection of the King.....they will not harm or lay a finger on you, but they will lay a finger upon those that attempt to lay a finger upon you....I was scared of them at first too, but they are actually fairly friendly, people like you and me....with families....~ She explained as she looked at the sky then looked back to him waiting for him to speak. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium There he watched her, he would nod his head as he looked around, he was still scared that this was all a lie, tricking him. Old habits died hard it would seem as he would look back to Eva, even though she spoke into his mind, she still spoke "Family, my family sold me when I was young, I do not know if they even live anymore" He would look back to the guards "Guards usually would usually get rid of me from wherever I was scavenging food" He would think for a moment at this. "I am sorry for shocking you before" He would slowly start to form a sphere within his hands as he did it seemed to harden, yet electricity would seem to flow about the sphere and would hold it up "This is a gift" If she touched her, there would be no harm to her, just her hair would raise on its ends. But then he would let his hands go if she took the item from him, it was a gift for her, she was the one that helped him to get food and washed up. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : ~You didn't shock me....I shocked you, didn't know you weren't used to telepaths...~ She said as she looked to the guards and shook her head. ~The kingdom here isn't like most kingdoms....I know what you have been through, I lived in these lands once as a commoner when I was a child, I spent two thirds of my life as an underground slave...you have come just a week after I have returned home....to find that my cousin Tylan is son to the king, which makes him my uncle...~ She explained with a heavy sigh as she continued to watch him make the plasma ball of sorts. She blinked and took it, it felt kind of tingly. ~Thank you..~ She said softly putting it in her satchel on her waist belt so she didn't drop it from the tingling. ~Shouldn't you be resting? You have not been here long, I know Lady Nimena is a great healer....but you have to be somewhat tired?~ She said softly still looking around slightly to make sure Lord Adamar wasn't around. She didn't want him to cause anyone else anymore trouble. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium There he noticed her looking around slightly "You said the guards would protect me, what are you watching for Miss Eva?" He asked curiously as his eyes watching her, even though he would "So you would be a princess then, if your cousin is to be king, would that not make you a Princess?" He was quite stumped with such things as he wondered about these lands, how long would he be here for he did not know. He was welcomed here, but what would he do. But he would draw his eyes about "Being a slave was not fun, I was beaten and well other things were done that I am not sure are suppose to be done" He would nod his head ever so. "But if it was not for you, I am not sure how much longer I would of lasted, before I could no longer move, you saved me Miss Eva. I owe you for that" <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : shook her head after he questioned her on what she was watching for. ~Was looking to see if someone was outside or not...and no I am not a princess, if I was his sibling then yes I would be, but the King....well...he is substituting for Queen Gisselle...apparently she is on sabbatical over the loss of her husband. That's what the rumor was...she appointed him to take charge of the lands when she could not, being his cousin I am being dubbed a Countess at the royal ball that's set to take place in just two days....I don't know about now, but back when I was a young girl, I used to hear wonderful stories about the parties at the castle they used to have...women in fancy clothes and dancing having a good time...but you don't owe me nothing...I did for you what was done for me.....but if you feel like you owe me....then do not be so afraid here...I know that is a lot to ask of you....but if you trust me...then trust what I say is true....I have given no reason to steer you wrong..~ She explained waiting for his reaction. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium Those eyes of his would fall back on Eva, he tipped his head ever so as she was explaining this to him. "So I would have to call you Countess Eva?" A look of confusion did pass over his face as he thought on this, she spoke of looking for someone "Is that someone a bad man?" He asked her though his hands came to the front of his tunic, which he did begin to play with once more. "I used to hear about the parties, but never seen one, I was always in a dungeon, or taken after the party to a room for others to use me" He was opening up to Eva a bit more then he should of, but she had gone through what he had, so he could atleast tell her. "You would look extremely pretty in a beautiful dress Miss Eva" he would then drop his eyes to the ground, he had said something he should not of said. He was waiting for her to clobber him for it. But she told him to trust her. He felt like she was the only one he could trust here, the others he did not trust. He was still expecting this to all turn into a trap for him. <F
¤Eѵα¤ : ~No ,,you don't have to call me Countess... just Eva... my full name is Evawynn Lastanelen...~ She told him as she raised an eyebrow as she explained his story and shook her head. ~I was an underground sexual servant for many years, forced into servitude since a young teen...up until last week when we were freed. Myself and ten other girls..~ She explained to him with a heavy sigh then raised an eyebrow when he said she would look really pretty. She didn't feel like it some days especially since she couldn't talk like the other girls. ~ Well....everyone is invited, and I guess since your here, you could be invited too, I am sure my cousin could help you find an outfit for the occasion....but if you are tired of being in that infirmary, I could show you a room to the third floor of the castle you could sleep in, I was in those rooms before, they are really nice, have nice fire places too.....~ She said with a nod as she awaited his response. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium Those eyes blinked, rooms with their own fireplaces, wow this place definitely felt more like a trap then anything as he then would look at her "I do not know if I could attend a place like that, too many people" He would nod his head "Do not like many people at the moment, I can say I can count the people I trust" Well it was true, he could trust the cloaked figure that always seemed to show up, but he hadn't lately, had something bad happened to that man and the other person well he was talking to her right now "I think that would be great Miss Eva" He still had to drop calling everyone like that, but it had been drilled into his mind for so long. Atleast he had not let slip Mistress or Master to anyone yet. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : She nodded and motioned for him to follow her. She would lead him into the castle, most of the staff was asleep so she would take him to the room herself, the guards of course were following them in case anything was awry, but nothing more, they kept their distance and just kept watch for the most part. She opened the door to the empty room and there would be candles, a fireplace, Personal bathing chamber, a nice bed, also a rug in front of the fire place if he preferred that. With large windows as she spoke out telepathically. ~Well this can be your room....Nimena was going to put you here anyway when you got better, but since your better, I see no reason why you cannot stay here now. ~ She explained to him as she awaited his response. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium The young man followed, eyes focused upon the one called Eva, he was safe with her at least he would then be lead all the way to a room, it was bigger then what he was use to, there he moved to the rug, which he pulled to the corner, where he would choose to sleep. Atleast the rug would make the ground a bit more comfortable and the walls, well meant nothing would get him from there, atleast he could watch incase someone came into his room. "Thank you Mist... Miss Eva" Well that was a close one indeed, he nearly let Mistress slip but had caught himself halfway through the word. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : had caught the fact that Castitatis had almost called her mistress which made her raise an eyebrow. That is not something she was ever called, she was still getting used to the Ms and lady thing. She shook her head speaking telepathically again. ~Just Eva...~ She told him. ~The nurse maids are going to want to check on you in the morning, so if you see a couple of ladies walking into your room from the infirmary...they are there to help you not hurt you...so don't be so jumpy..~ She explained to him in his head again as she saw him curled up in the corner. ~That big bed is for you .....maybe you should try the bed once again...~ She explained pointing to it. <e>
Castitatis_Lilium The young man just looked straight at her "A bed feels so weird and uncomfortable to sleep in, all I have known for years is the ground beneath, that was usually the dungeon floor, with a bit of straw, not much and it was smelly" he would smile to her "This rug, is luxury that I have not had in so very long" He seemed quite content to be sleeping on a rug on the floor, though he would wait for Eva to leave before he would get truly comfortable, which was removing his clothes completely. <F>
¤Eѵα¤ : He started to remove some of his clothing and that was her cue to exit. She would nod her head after his statement and quietly shut the door. Walking down to the guards speaking ot them telepathically. ~Please.....do not bother him if you do not have to....he is very jumpy...~ The guards nodded at her request and she wandered down the halls, still not sleepy after speaking with Lord Adamar just before she ran back into Castitatis, whom should have been resting in the infirmary not wandering the garden paths. But what did she know right? She had to revoke her accusation to Lucien before things got out of hand.....she wanted to see him punished like the other men, but she wanted to live also. <e>
ƉŞҏέɭɭɱᾶƙέя : \\ Once more he had returned back to the realm. The steed under him seemed to snort loudly. He slightly smirked and slipped off the saddle. Placing his hand along the neck of his steed. " Well this will be the last stop upon our journey. You can rest for a few days". He muttered to the horse. His gloved hand brushed over the thick neck of the black horse. Leading him towards the grassy knoll and removing the saddle. Next the bit and reins. " Go on now.." He clicked his tongue and waved his hand towards the open space. The horse would be fine. He was more than capable of taking care of himself and didn't need his master to linger. D straightened his jacket and headed towards the front gates. Head nodding towards the guards as he passed. As the diplomat for Palast, he was required to make weekly stops. And also the ball would be tomorrow. Which meant he would need to send yet another message to his father about his attendance. The messy black hair slightly pushed over his teal blue eyes. Blocking the intense glow. He wore the traditional uniform of his home. His hand reaching up to remove the cap from his head. Pointed ears stuck out from his hair. He tucked the hat under his left arm and continued to stroll through the main hall. //d//
·Izzy· : *Metal plates on the soles of heavy-looking boots clicked as the hybrid wandered in a lazy manner through the town's streets, a gold coin rolling between fingers half-covered by fingerless gloves that stretched up to her elbows and hid the scaling on her forearms, lined with buckles. As per always, she was wearing a long, sleeveless coat, today's particular choice dark grey leather with a goldish stitch around the edges. She wasn't really looking for anything in particular, but the castle was busy with people trying to make preparations for the ball, so she was staying out of the way. The staff seemed equally busy and cheerful, and while the former was fine, she couldn't deal with the latter this early in the...Well, ever, really. Putting the small, well-crafted box she was holding in one hand back down on the stall she'd stopped at, the now-free hand dropped to loop the thumb between two of the several crossed belts she wore. Shaking silver hair back over her shoulders, she carried on wandering, secretly dreading the coming days. Events always made her nervous. Not because something might go wrong. She thrived on stress and pressure like that. But if nothing did? There'd be a ball. Perhaps she could find an excuse to avoid it. Help reinforce the rangers or something. Maybe find a way to hibernate. Find a nice big fire nobody could reach her in to sleep in. All of these crossed her mind briefly, leaving her absently daydreaming while walking. Other than that? Things were just fine with the freak.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : The small 4 foot 9 inch elf wandered from the seemingly flash of light, there was something about this place that she had been brought too. After the death of her family and her mate Acanthor the elvish God Corellon thought it best the elvish woman and her unborn were sent elsewhere. The home she once knew was now nothing but ruin, the war had taken everything, she was not a fan of human's or the Orcs the ones of her realm were half elvish and half demon. All she had left now was Acanthor's young to remind her of him and of the home they once had in the Forest vale. She was a mixture of three elvish races high, wood and aquatic elf, she had what she came with and nothing more. She could hunt and heal, could help others with alchemy and arcane schools of magic. She was also a thief, but that she didn't rely on very much anymore. She shook her head, sure the place was beautiful, but it was not home, she wondered if anything but the forest vale could be home. She wandered close to what was known Elm Drei Circle, or that was what she read in elvish anyways or what appeared to be. This place was all elvish as home was. But she came from a city and home that was in the trees nothing was on the forest floor except hunting and the lakes, the entire ocean. Another place she was very much at home in. Aren sighed the babies were moving more now, as it had been almost 7 months since she found out, when Acanthor was still alive. "Easy little ones." she cooed her hand resting over them. -D-
ƉŞҏέɭɭɱᾶƙέя : \\ He had slipped into a nearby study. He left the door open so not to surprise anyone. He breathed out slowly and glanced around for something to drink. Perfect. Sitting upon a table were a few crystal glasses and a canter. He wandered over and poured himself a drink. Lifting the glass up to his lips and having a very big drink. D was avoiding all at the moment. He didn't want to be asked to help prepare. He..wasn't very good at organizing anything . Except troops. And deaths. The brandy rolled around in his mouth then spilled down his throat. The burn was felt in his stomach and it made him feel warm. His teal blue eyes glanced towards the archway of the door. Maids nearly collided into each other as they hurried to prepare wings and rooms for the ball. Shaking his head, D settled himself down upon a flowery couch and tilted his head back. The silence had brought peace. His mind at ease for now. But soon he would have to collect himself and bother the one person he didn't.. want to bother. His father. The King of Palast. But in this situation, he was required. For now, D was only concerned with getting himself yet another drink.//d//
·Izzy· : *didn't carry weapons, at least any that were outwardly visible or really considered such. A knife on her belt that looked more like a tool? Well, she was handy with it, but would prefer to just deal with things 'her way'. The Ember Heart was hidden under her coat in the most dormant of states. However, she was slightly on edge all of a sudden, and incredibly curious. This land was one she was fiercely protective of, and her little monitoring wards were all around. Well, many of them at least. She could physically feel some of the gaps in her net, from the years she'd not spent here. But now she was back? Well, she'd get to fixing that sooner or later. Something had shifted, turning in on itself for a split moment, and while it wasn't really disturbing, it was...Well, she was bored and frankly scratching at the walls hoping for anything of interest. So the dancer-like form of pale skin, black and dark grey leather, gunmetal grey buckles and silver hair took off towards the unseen - but felt - flash of light nearby. Near the outskirts, she felt. That or she was more out of tune with her old monitor sigils than she thought. Two things were immediately obvious as she stalked in the pregnant elf's direction. Firstly, despite the passing resemblance from a distance, she was most definitely not an elf. And secondly? Her movements were odd. Fluid and yet precise. Calm and yet entirely predatory. Izzy was clearly a creature who existed for a less than friendly purpose, and that was easy to tell even before somebody saw the scars. Still, despite the slightly intimidating persona she prided herself on her ability to project, Izzy carried herself with a certain sense of nobility and an almost regal aspect. After all, what self-respecting dragon didn't? And she most definitely did identify with that side of her. Glancing for the source of the disturbance that made the back of her neck itch, her right, scar-framed eye closed for a few moments, a habit she had when feeding her curiosity.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : was no threat to any elf or any creature. For the moment the elvish woman of over 500 years was looking for a peaceful to exist, a place that would both protect, her unborn children and make a good home for her and her unborn children. Either that or she would have to travel further on, but those days of traveling right now were growing shorter as her time neared. She placed a hand to the nearest tree to steady herself and to catch a breath. traveling with Corellon's help was not easy or simple anymore, not that she directly spoke with the Elvish God, but he managed to make her escapes for her, knowing the right time to send the elvish woman away from danger and harm. She carried her scrolls, books and other stuff with her, they scrolls were seen on her back in sheaths made for them, as was her rowan-black birch bow, the quiver of arrows on her right front side and an elvish mithril blade on her back as well. She found the strength to move on now towards the Circle. She had enough gold to keep her going for a few years, it was all she had left with exception of what she carried. -E-
·Izzy· : *Although she moved quickly and relatively quietly, slipping from the markets of the settlement further into the treeline, Izzy was by no means the stealthiest of creatures. If one actively wanted to hide from her approach? They could. She could apply herself when she wanted to, but as it stood? She wasn't playing the part of Huntress. She was just curious as to what felt...'off'. In her left hand, the gold coin still caught light as it was spun between fingers, until it was stopped, and with the 'ping' of metal hitting a solid nail, flicked into the air and caught before being pocketed in the long coat. Silver, alert eyes scanned until, unless she did try to hide for whatever reason, Aren would no doubt see her approaching, oddly light on her feet for somebody with boots that looked as solid as hers. With a lazy nod of a silent greeting, the hybrid would stalk past the elf on her search for the anomaly unless Aren moved, before stopping mid-step a few later and backing up, glancing curiously for a couple of moments at the pregnant elf who started off once again from the tree as if silently trying to piece together the likelihood of HER being the anomaly. After all, Izzy had been hunting the strange for a fair while, and had gained some kind of sense for it even before her nature as a being created for precisely that reason was taken into account. After all, a pregnant huntress who looked like she could do with a meal (Though Izzy thought that about everyone who wasn't eating at the time)? That didn't sit right with her. As she passed the first time, Aren would likely notice the slight sense of warmth and the definite faint smell of burning leaves that surrounded Izzy. Yep. She was a weird one.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : Of course she noticed, but generally she let others be, she had no quarrels with other creatures or beings. Aren learned to co-exist with them well all except for human's and those half elvish half demon orcs where she was from. She have even noticed the magic sigils and wards, what Mage wouldn't. "You protect this realm and her people well. your wards and Sigils work as they should." she said softly there was no malice to be had, nothing sinister in the tone of voice she used. She spoke common as most she had met spoke common as well. She could speak Sindarin, Common, elvish drow and a few choice languages if she needed too, but right now she was peaceful and needed not speak to many languages. She ate when she was hungry but her diet was of vegetables and greens berries and wild plant life some meat however, but most would say not enough for her or the condition she was now in. It had been hard to continue a normal life when she had lost Ancathor only 3 months back, she was still mourning the loss. Acanthor had been her best friend, her hunting companion they had been raised together. She stood there not sure what the other being wanted or had in mind. -E-
·Izzy· : *was odd. She was definitely not human, but at the same time? She sure as hell wasn't an elf. Arms folded when she heard the woman speak, covering her bare, scar-patterned midriff. Izzy hated having her stomach covered. It made moving so much more difficult, she found. Still, thanks to her gifts? Protection wasn't a problem most of the time. Well, too much. Eyes narrowed slightly when her little tricks were mentioned. "...Frankly I'm surprised they survived this long." Her voice was calm and surprisingly emotionless, the nonchalant delivery award-winningly deadpan. It was hard, however, to believe that Izzy was who she really was. That was very much to her advantage. Izzy liked hiding behind the persona of a wandering monster hunter. "I'm guessing you're the source of the...Whatever that was?" That was the problem with monitors summoned in a rush a long time ago. They were oh-so nonspecific. She paused for a couple of moments, right eye closing and head cocking slightly towards a shoulder for a few moments as she thought. "But you're right. I do get a little bit overprotective of this place. When you lose things you tend to cling rather...Aggressively to what you still have." There was no sorrow or anger or...Well, anything in her voice there. That was saved for those she knew she could vent to. The well-practiced mask took center stage right now.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "Generally speaking on a perspective of Magic either a modern form or Arcane a sigil or ward can last forever, depending on the magic poured into them." she said softly she knew what she was taught, what she herself sought to learn of the magics. She sighed a moment and looked to the woman. "I am, my God found it necessary to send me away from my realm, my home as the human and orcish invaded destroying everything killing my clan. Loss is something I know well specially since that war of the human and orc demons took my Mate, my life long best friend from me all i have left is what I carry with me." she placed a hand to her stomach as the small ones moved again. She cringed as they were growing more restless. "What is this realm called anyways? It beautiful here and hopefully I will be allowed to stay a life span." she asked with a slight smile as the pain she felt was diminishing now, it was nothing she could not handle. She would soon need to find a place and to find sustenance for herself and the little ones she carried. -E-
·Izzy· : *smirked, her head shaking slightly. The woman wasn't WRONG, but Izzy? Her abilities were strange, to put it lightly. "That's...True enough, I suppose. I tend to not stick around a place long enough to see in practice. This place, though? It's...Different. I like it here." She listened to the woman explain her story, watching her with silver eyes. Her story resonated with the hybrid, not that she'd really give any outward sign of that. Perhaps a little twinge of emotion on her face, but Izzy's discipline was sufficient for it to not really show, at least until she saw an excuse to look away for a few seconds at some noise or another behind her. Jumpy and hyper-aware? Perhaps. She seemed slightly tense, in a kind of 'ready to strike at anything that she seemed threatened by' kind of way. Like she was conditioned to. "Yeah. That's a real killer. It..." She paused for a fraction of a moment as if forcing something out of her mind, brief but noticeable. "...Can't be easy." Still, when the woman seemed to change the subject, Izzy nodded and motioned to the woman, starting off towards the place she'd come from. "Eladrin...Or 'bane of my existence'. It depends on the day for me, really." She joked, but that she was so protective of this place suggested she liked it here. "They're very long-suffering. I mean, they've not chased me away yet. Which is something." When they reached closer to the settlement, the contrast between Izzy and the elves REALLY seemed to get noticeable. "They're good people. Friendly, welcoming...The cooks at the castle? Possibly heaven-sent..." Izzy liked food. If she didn't manage to get seven square meals a day, she got annoyed. ...More annoyed than usual. The curse of her metabolism*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "I see, I can not allow anyone to cook for me however, I like to do that myself, i know what i am cooking and what goes into it. They sound friendly, so i take it the rule is elvish or more like a human settlement would be with Queens and Kings and so forth?" she asked she was of the old ways of the Elvish their royalty was known as Our Lady of The woods or of the seas. She smiled however it would not take much to get used too anyways. now the word heaven was something different to her they usually called the celestial bodies the universe or the hunting grounds of the eternal forest vale. It was something she would learn more about if she was able, maybe it was more a human word for their ways. She noticed the way between the woman and the elves here was something of a difference in natures but nothing to worry over. "all races of elvish live together here? fascinating, each race of elvish where I am from live in different places. Even the Drow." she said this was indeed fascinating for her to witness all manner of elvish co-existing together. -e-
·Izzy· : *nodded at the thought of cooking for herself. She could respect that. "That makes sense. I'm often hunting myself. I just refuse to turn down food if it's offered." It was true. Often also a point of jokes made by certain people she knew. "It's mostly elves of some kind or another around here. There are some others I've seen around. A couple of catlike people, for instance, causing some mayhem or another...Nobody should be allowed to be that cheerful." She shook her head slightly just thinking about it. "It's...I don't really know the precise setup. Which is terrible, I know, because I've been around here for so long. It's never really seemed important to me." She shrugged slightly, that pinpoint, non-hostile sense of indifference. A strange kind of...well...arrogance, brought on by the perfect storm of her Celestial and Draconic sides, both loathe to admit there was anybody or any authority other than herself. After all, she saw the Queen as a friend and close to a sister, and had derided more than one person who was supposed to be ruling for what she perceived as stupidity. Diplomatic, she was not. "It's interesting to see how they all interact. Tensions get shut down pretty quickly. This land is...Defended, shall we say." Izzy didn't really look human. She looked...Off. Slightly unnatural in a hard to explain way. When she spoke, those slightly predatory canines could be seen. The fluidity of her motion was far too natural. Just many little things that added up. With the same calm indifference as ever, she lazily introduced herself. "I'm Izzy, by the way." Her real name? In a sense. It was the one she always used. Not even Nimena or Gisselle knew her true name, though.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "It makes no difference to me of the structure of an elvish governing body. As long as they do not mind being called My Lord or My Lady its all well and good." she offered as she listened more to the woman Izzy, who just had told Aren her name. "I am Arentharel or you may call me Aren either one is fine." she gave her own name, she had several nick names that she had been given, but for the moment she wished not to hear them used, specially Treya the one name Acanthor had given her. Aren never asked what Izzy's race truly was she didn't need to know, she only knew the woman was nice and there was a strange blood about her, she wasn't sure but the Elf woman could sense a dragon's blood, but said nothing, asked nothing it was none of her business anyways. If Izzy wanted her to know she would have told her. As Aren stretch a bit rolling her head to unstiffen the muscles there, it could be plainly noticed the small elf had gills or gill slits to breathe underwater she was 1/4 aquatic elf after all. "How long have you existed in Eladrin?" she asked softly a beings lifespan in one place was also fascinating, seeing as how Aren was over 500 years elvish herself. -E-
·Izzy· : *smirked. "I'm pretty sure -THEY- don't mind it. Formality makes me angry." Because Izzy being angry was apparently such a rarity. She basically existed to be angry. At least, that was her take on it. "But I'm pretty sure they'll be fine with it. They're good people, too. Good friends." Hands dropped to hook thumbs through belt loops again as she walked, glancing around and processing various things she saw in her unique way. "Both suit you, it seems. But Aren is much, much shorter. Easier to say in a fight..." That was how her mind worked. She was pragmatic, and tended to hope for the best but assume the worst in most situations. "...Not that I'm expecting a fight. Just an observation." Being close enough to talk like this was likely enough for Aren to feel the warmth that radiated from the hybrid. She had several nicknames herself, and several titles of sorts that had been bestowed upon her. She glanced to a side and saw the gills, momentarily looking concerned as though wondering if they were injuries of some kind before logic told her otherwise and looked for a moment more, seemingly just as unconcerned as she had been before the consideration had crossed her mind. "I really don't know. Time is...Never really a concern. I come and go." She shrugged lazily, thumbs still hooked. "I only recently came back myself after a period of restlessness. I thought I was wandering for just a few months. It turns out it was eight years. Close enough." There was far more to that than she let on, but it was essentially true.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "I hope to be allowed to find a place for a home here myself if they allow. Either so or i must wander on, which doesn't seem likely current state of health being the concern now.." she seemed to show next to no emotion as it would cause her great harm or even death if her emotions were to become apparent. Even with love she could show it and feel it as it was a positive emotion but even a little too much caused harm or death to her sets of elvish bloodlines. "Years and time seem to not matter much anymore to me either, after a certain number of years you tend to not care or just do not realize. Well until something reminds you that its been well over 500, like it has for me. I am small because of my Aquatic bloodline, I never took on the height of the high elf or the wood elf bloodlines. Its not so bad being short, and your right its handy in a fight, like with halflings can go between the legs to out smart em." she smirked she had dodged a few oncoming orcs and human's that way to escape. E-
Crimsonkyu : was in his realm, pacing back and for trying to figure out what the hell he was going to do next. Tell Athena or pretend like everything was fine, as he yell at the top of his lungs. It took quite awhile before he was calmed enough to return to the land of the living. Snapping his fingers a door the his realm opened and opening the door. Now he was inside his lab but did need relax a bit. Slowly he made his way towards the shot springs he created and stripped , slowly walking into the water to try and relax, cupping water in his hands as he looked at the reflection that shown back. Shaking his head lightly as he splashed water into his face and then dunking under the water just laying there looking up. A min or two later he would then sit up and rest his back against the stone inside of the spring .D>
ᴥAthḛnᴧBlọọdHeartᴥ : [[ She had been sitting close to the lake. Her arms wrapped around her knees. Ehden had followed her but kept at a distance. Her eyes stared at the lake. Watching the ripples of the water flow outwards. He had soon approached his little mistress. Resting his thick head upon her shoulder. She puffed out a bit of air and reached up. Her fingers dragged across her bears chin. Something was off. Her usually hyper personality seemed dimmed today. The massive polar bear could feel something was wrong. Something was upsetting her. And sadly all he could really do was just lean into her. Giving her the- I'm here- type of body language. Her family had left. She had given her father a very long hug. He had asked for Athena to return to the clan. But she refused. She promised to make a trip to see them. Now she sat on the grassy hills and watched the lake. Her chest hurt. Why did her chest hurt so much? [[D]]
·Izzy· : *The hybrid gave a slight nod, pulling a hand loose to run through hair that was almost silver thanks to a faint metallic edge, with the faintest of blonde hints to it mostly only noticeable when in light. "Oh, they'll allow it." She offered a short grin, elongated canines visible for a couple of moments. "For their sake." She was mostly joking with that faintly threatening, vaguely sinister moment...Mostly. But in reality, there was no threat, even if it almost seemed there was. She was just as direct as always. They seemed to be heading in the general direction of the castle anyway, before a thought crossed her mind. Izzy was impulsive and rather undiplomatic, but she was also caring. It was in her nature to protect and offer help to those she felt needed it. "In a worst case scenario, you can consider yourself my guest. It's not like I use the bed or like I sleep much anyway." It was true. She slept on the floor of her room, finding herself unable to sleep on soft surfaces, and even then her rest was usually fitful and short-lived. Besides, she was usually out anyway. "I mean, I'd have to find somewhere else for the weapons..." She shrugged it off. Her bed was indeed mostly laid out with weaponry, tools, clothes and shiny objects as it stood. "Though I'd expect you'd not need to. The offer's there in that scenario, though." She was selfless like that. Not really commenting on the age or bloodline thing, she did however smile and laugh a little at the idea of going under an opponent. "If you can and if it works? You'd be a fool not to. Personally? I've always preferred to go through than around." Izzy had a dancer's build, athletic but lithe, and most of her strength was outwardly hidden. People often underestimated her because of it, to their detriment. As for weapons? Well, for the most part, she WAS the weapon. The gear in her room? Specialist hunting equipment for particular scenarios, or just because she really liked them. Still, Izzy's scars suggested she did indeed prefer to be up-close.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "I thank you Izzy for your kindness, do not go to the trouble off re-arranging your bed I have a vine and leather weaved hammock I can place up its what i am used to sleeping in, beds are not for me. Sometimes i just like simple things." she smiled her home back in her realm was a open walled treehouse with a roof. when it rained there was the ties that held the vine, bamboo and reed walls up when they were not needed. "I am a simple elf of the forest vale we needed not much to survive." she smiled she was a simple being when it came to nature and how she lived, needing to take only what she needed to survive, then gave back to both Corellon and Matron Earth. Even her sources of food came from what she hunted or found in the forests plants roots vines and other life. She however never ate the creatures of the sea's as she was part of the sea life as well. -D-
·Izzy· : *gave a lazy shrug, just as nonchalant and unfazed as she ever was. "The offer's there if you ever want it. This place is cold." She looked thoughtful for a moment or two. "Just...All the time." Well, to her of course it was. Everything was cold to somebody who radiated heat and was happiest when quite literally engulfed in fire. Izzy was odd like that. It was why she didn't make too much of an effort to dress for the weather. She'd still feel the cold regardless. "I mean, I can sleep just about anywhere if I have to, but there's something about a large hearth I can sleep in front of...Or just in...That's really quite comforting. How you do it, I'll never know..." She paused for a moment, glancing at somebody running an errand, getting something to take back up towards the castle they seemed to be gravitating towards, much to her regret. She was trying to avoid the preparations, dammit! "...Though I might put up with the cold just to avoid this infernal celebration coming up..."*
Crimsonkyu : Getting out of the water as the lab was very quite for what it had been lately. Getting dressed he would slowly make his way towards the main floor calling out to Athena. Seeing as she was not answering, he ran his fingers through his hair and opened the door to the lab and walked outside. Shutting the door behind him he then bit his thumb and summed his baby wolf, she would bark at him lightly and he picked her up and placed her on hi shoulders. " Find Athena... amaterasu" He gave the wolf a light kiss on her cold nose and she nuzzled against his cheek and gave him a light lick. Amaterasu Started sniffing the air and then started barking, Crimson would follow the wolfs lead. Hoping it would leave to his love. D>
Aяεηтнaяεł : "You misunderstood Izzy, I am not passing on your offer, I was merely saying that you did not have to go to any trouble of re-arranging your home to suit me or how i sleep, all I need is a corner set to place the hammock to the walls. And I will even do a few things or make sure you have supplies as payment for your kindness Izzy. I could not allow you to do me such a kindness without some sort of compensation." she smiled she made sure kindnesses and debts were paid in full it was how she was, her nature was to make sure everything was right with Matron Earth, Corellon and with the universe in which all beings were allowed to exist. She pulled from her pouch a smaller satchel that carried magical runes she had a set just the same as those she held. "Here take these, they are elvish runes of protection and light. they were made by my Matron Sindari, she made me two sets. I wish for you to have a set for your kindness." she smiled they were made from a malachite and etched in mithril to withstand the ages and time, to withstand the elements and they were made to resist darkness and evil intentions. She had a set as well and she had never found a more suitable being than Izzy to give them too as a gift, more so of friendship than anything. -E-
ᴥAthḛnᴧBlọọdHeartᴥ : [[ She licked her lower lip and arched her brow slightly. She pushed Ehden's large head off of her shoulder and stood up. She was.. caught somewhere between confused, hurt and angry. Not a very good combination. Not good for her. Her bare feet touched the grass as she moved towards the lake. It started out as a walk. However changed into a jog. Only to change once again into a full out run. The bear stayed where he was. His eyes had shown a rather sad gloss. If bears could frown.. he would have. When he feet touched the sandy line, diving the water from the land, her left hand reached up to pull the leather bits from her hair. Allowing the glossy black hair to fly out behind her. There was a loud splash! Her feet diving into the cold water. Water pushed up along her calves as she waded in. Her right hand rested over her heart. Fingers brushing over the flesh. Why did it hurt so much? It was almost like a warning. Of things to come perhaps?[[D]]
·Izzy· : *She gave a shrug along with a smile. "Indoors, outdoors...It's all cold to me. I blame the dragonblood. Though if I'm right, you won't need to share at all." She had immediately taken something of a liking to Aren, perhaps due to what she'd shared of her background and how it resonated with the hybrid. She was immediately protective and concerned for people who had been through that kind of loss. "That's really not necessary. Just...Never ask me to look after the child when it's born and we'll call it even." She blinked a couple of times, the presence of life easy for her to detect, after all. While she was naturally protective, though? She didn't really have the capability for the whole guardian thing, even temporarily. Izzy just wasn't mentally wired that way. Still, she smiled when the offer was made, a fingerless gloved hand with incredibly warm fingers reaching out to carefully take the things offered, and look over them. "Are you...sure? If you are? ...Thank you." She was kind of taken aback, tending to not be the most emotional of people if she could help it, but when people were like this she found it slightly hard to process. For somebody who loved valuables and the like, she found it incredibly hard to take them when offered to her. Even payment for her services when hunting pests, monsters or darker things for people? If they were good people, she found it hard to take the agreed upon amount more often than not. As for what the gifts did? They would find themselves at home with Izzy's purpose and presence, one ever-more weaponized against the forces of darkness. After all, it was what she was born to do.*
Crimsonkyu : Well the little wolfs nose was right for the most part as he would give her a light pat on the head. " Good wolf, " He was want only looked like a white fuzzy ball, he was still a bit away. " HEY EHDEN", He would say with a smile as he was still walking up. It would take a few mins before he was in arms reach of the bear as he placed a hand on his head and took a seat next to him. " Whats going on Ehden, how you seen Athena at all". He was sitting closes enough that amaterasu would use her nose push the bear ear back and forth. Her tail was wagging back and forth, she was bored for always being left alone for so long. D>
Aяεηтнaяεł : "I would not ask that of anyone, the twins are and always will be my responsibility. then we are even for the moment or for as long as time allows." she said softly with a smile, the children she carried were her own to care for and not to be shifted onto someone else. Her clan's females never left the care of the young to anyone else even when hunting. The Huntresses had special pouches they made themselves to cradle the small ones as they hunted. "I am sure, I have another set they will be useful and welcome when needed. For one such as yourself who protects against evil and darkness they will aid you well. They are made from malachite stone over a few thousand years old and etched with mithril runes." she smiled she had a lot to do also before the twins of Acanthor and her blood were born. She herself found herself liking Izzy, she seemed a sweet sort she had her ways which were of good intentions this appealed to the old elf woman, who seemed to look no younger than maybe 15 human years a teenager, but was far older and a bit wiser. -e-
ᴥAthḛnᴧBlọọdHeartᴥ : [[ The bear slightly lifted his head up at the sound of his name. He didn't mind the wolf sniffing at his ear. It was..sort of a relief to actually have yet another animal around. His eyes had a woeful look. The large white ears slightly lowered. He turned his head from Crimson and stared in the direction of the lake. He sighed a heavy sigh. It would basically tell him.. something was up and he couldn't fix it with his bareness. The water coated her clothed body. Her pale arms pushed through the murky waters. She seemed determined to get away. While she pushed her body to the limit, her cheeks were slightly strained with red blood tears. Her mouth formed in a grim line as she softly grunted. Each time her hands would hit the water, she would propel her body forward. Ehden had turned his head to the side once more. Lifting his gaze up to Crimson. Even the bear couldn't figure out why his little mistress was feeling.. some sort of pain.[[D]]
·Izzy· : *"...That's a relief. Especially for twins." She grinned, giving a shudder as she looked over and an overly theatrical, mock-wiping of her brow. It wasn't that Izzy didn't -like- children. She was just useless with them. Especially the young. Too small and fragile to train, too young to tell stories of exploits and adventures that often seemed crazy even to -her- to recall...Also, due to the particular artificial nature of her own creation, it had been explained to her that she couldn't have children of her own. Something she just took for granted and never dwelled on. Perhaps that was why she lacked that instinct. To Izzy? It was a complete non-concern. She looked to the runes again, smiling in a less predatory way, that seemed to suit her just as much, yet somehow made her look no less potentially dangerous. "Really. Thank you. It means a lot. And you're right. You never know what'll come in useful in this life." She didn't really consider it 'work'. To Izzy? It was just what she did. If people were willing to pay? All the better. Arms stretched over her head as they walked with, before dropping back in front of her. It was with some work that she played with the straps and buckles of one of her long gloves, pulling it off and pocketing it in her long coat to reveal the faint, but perfectly visible gold-tinged scale pattern in her skin that faded in across the top of her hand, banded around all but her inner forearm, and faded out back into just the pale by the time it reached her elbow. The scaling didn't raise up out of the skin to allow individual scales to shift for the most part save for a few small patches and a couple of individual stray scales, but the pattern was unmistakable. For now, she left the other glove on, though.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "My first set of twins or first children anyways. i just never expected that damned war or the death of my family and Mate. I guess we never expect that sort of thing. I do not trust human's or Orc of any kind." she smiled she tried to keep emotions out of it as they would hurt her and well she had to think of her unborn first and foremost as well as herself. She had noticed things about Izzy but chose not to ask about them, specially when she mentioned her draconic blood. It was none of Aren's business she had just made a new friend and wanted to keep it that way. She knew a little of dragon's as she visited the hatcheries and dragon's colonies they protected in the forest vale for the elders, she had her research on them but nothing more, she protected the race as it were and if she found people or creatures killing them for sport or otherwise she hunted those beings. -E-
·Izzy· : *sighed slightly, head shaking and turning away, speaking softly. "Nobody ever does expect that kind of thing. That's usually the problem. The only people prepared are the ones who have already suffered it. Nobody else thinks it can ever happen, and when it does? You see threats everywhere, and would do whatever you could to stop them from happening to anybody else." On one hand, she could have been speaking solely from things she'd seen before, as a huntress. On the other hand, judging by the way she acted? It was far, far more personal a subject than she outright stated. In one sense, it really was often a rebirth by fire. Still, while there was an element of possible sadness to her voice, there was also a practically-overwhelming sense of determination and dedication, along with a slight intensifying of the warmth she radiated. It fueled her, in a strange way. Izzy was a double-edged sword. She was empowered by emotion, but it made her volatile, and she gained strength from being hit in a fight, which would eventually overwhelm her if she didn't finish it before that came to a head. Her strengths were very much her weaknesses. She smiled over towards her new friend. "...Some humans aren't too bad. I quite like some. I mean, they're short-lived, childlike, outstandingly naive, think they know far more than they really do, and alarmingly fragile, but...Trust them? Trust isn't something that comes too easily to me towards...Pretty much anybody, regardless of their blood." There were a few exceptions, and Izzy tended to trust her instincts, but for the most part? She was often slow to trust until she did, at which point she was unshakable in that trust.*
Crimsonkyu : " I don't know what to do anymore Ehden, its hard to keep things from her and i have already told her to much." He would whisper something to Ehden and then slowly get to his feet as the little wolf held on for dear like trying not to fall off. He would place his hand on the bears back and say " Take care of her for me, she is going to need you". He looked over at the lake And shake his head a bit as he slowly turned around and started to walk off. Amaterasu would bark at Ehden saying bye for now. D>
Aяεηтнaяεł : "trust for me is earned always, never given just freely or such. Maybe someday i can trust human's but i doubt I will ever trust an Orc. I am sure not all Orc's are half demons but those of my realm where once elvish but something went wrong and they were made monstrosities of nature. Given half of themselves to be demons. No matter I am safe now, I have a new friend and in time a home as well. Soon however I will wish to speak with someone who can allow me to have a home in the forest near a body of Water.' she smiled once more, to think of finding such peace again had been very far from her thoughts. Maybe now she could find that peace here a stability where she had once had it but it was stolen from her ripped away by the bonds and means of war. "I do remember something a human told me once in passing. That a home is where the heart is or belongs. I think that for me it means here in Eladrin. Seems my heart is fond of this place." she softly smiled it felt the right place now, comforting and peaceful as well as safe now, as if she didn't have to run for her life any longer. -D-
ᴥAthḛnᴧBlọọdHeartᴥ : [[ The bear frowned slightly. His head turned once again as he watched the male walk away. The message made his heart clench. He glanced back over to the lake. Something awful was going to happen. And he was worried that his little mistress would finally be pushed over the edge. That there would be no bringing her back from what ever edge she already teetered over. So he laid his massive body down. Soaking up the sun and keeping an eye out on the small girl fighting the water. [[d]]
·Izzy· : *The strange, semi-draconic creature that was Izzy nodded in understanding, often feeling much the same way anyway. "I know that feeling. Sometimes I don't even trust myself." For the most part, she seemed like she was joking, but under that there was definitely a part of her that really didn't. That little biting voice that led to many of her insecurities and worries. "It's okay for everybody else. When I'm about to do something impulsive and stupid, -they- can back away. I'm stuck here with me." She flashed another slightly chaotic-looking grin for a moment, thinking about Orcs. "There's something...Off about them, I've always found. Often, they make me look reasonable and calm." The mention of a friend had Izzy smiling, though, and her giving a nod at the mention of the place Aren wanted a home. "I really don't think that'll be too much of a problem. I can't see why it should be." At least, she hoped not. After all, Izzy's purpose was...Well, she didn't really know. Once, it had been to protect Nimena, though since her own disappearance for several years and her return, her old friend seemed to have become really quite capable of that herself. So now? She just did what she was best at. Being violent for a good cause. The quote from a human had Izzy looking curious for a few moments, right eye closing ad her now-bare hand reaching up to run down the scar that barely missed the eyeball itself. "...I like that. Though I don't really know where that leaves me..." She was never quite sure just where she did 'belong'. Izzy was ever-restless. "There is one place here I feel truly at peace. The place I first...Arrived here." Silver eyes turned to look through the forest, in the direction of the clearing she called hers.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : "for me home is where I fell safe, where I feel the most at peace. Seems the lands here have taken to me as I have to them. Seems Corellon the God we elvish believe in has placed me in a good place. I must offer him thanks later on." she was very sure of this and had to pay the God his thanks for the new place he had sent her too, he obviously knew where he was sending Aren and her unborn. "Is your home much further Izzy? i must rest and find means to cook for myself and the unborn I carry, it seems they take more toll on a body than is expected. I am learning new things about this everyday." she said she had been expecting a lot of new things for being a mother, since this was the first time Aren would be a mother. It was different however but very welcomed indeed she would not change the way of things, the way of fate was how it was and she would deal with everything as it came along. -D-
·Izzy· : *There was a nod of understanding. "That's good to hear. The people here are welcoming, as I've said. They'll do anything to help. As for your God? He picked well." Izzy's own beliefs were...Complicated, though she knew better than to belittle anybody's chosen deity. Especially when it came to ones clearly very much present and paying attention to the plight of their followers. As for the mention of getting to her home? They seemed to be getting ever closer not to a village or settlement, but to the castle itself. "Oh, you'll know it when you see it." Not too much longer, and they'd be at the gates, with Izzy grinning at the old Silver dragon she called friend there, exchanging a few words before looking back to Aren. "...I should probably clarify. I'm nobody special. I just live here. I know, it's very subtle and understated..." Deadpan as ever.*
Aяεηтнaяεł : She looked to the castle and was almost overwhelmed she had honestly never seen anything so huge before. "That's quite the understatement Izzy. Its huge, I am used to the villages and tree homes of the forest vale or the under water villages and homes of the aquatic elves. Even the high elvish mountain homes. This is umm a bit more than I expected." she was not unhappy, it was a bit much to take in, the vast hugeness of the place was the matter at hand. Compared to what she was used too this was much more, but again she was not in the least unhappy, it would just take some getting used too until she was allowed to find a place in the forest near water. For now she went along inside with her friend after she spoke to what seemed a dragon a friend likely. -D-
·Izzy· : *grinned at the reaction, giving a nod as they walked in, giving a playful, mock-deathglare at one of the guards who she herself had trained. "The place I grew up? Dwarfs this place. But this is...Well, home. The dragon out there? Garandor. He watches over the gates and puts up with me." There was a moment's pause as she thought for a moment or two. "...Which kind of suggests just how patient he is. If you want to drop off anything you don't feel like carrying around? I'm this way." She motioned the direction and started walking the halls, trying her hardest to avoid any staff who were looking busy for the upcoming event. Earlier, Izzy had been in a pretty foul mood, but now she was feeling pretty good about things, all considered! Upon eventually getting to her room, the door was opened, and the warmth inside immediately able to be felt compared to the corridor outside, though it was much diminished from when she'd left earlier that day. Inside? Things were rather spartan, very much by her own choices and design. Just as she'd said, the bed was covered by weapons, equipment and clothes, neat but sprawled, many sleeveless coats were hanging on things, there were a few stacks of books, mostly on mythology, local history and various creatures, and in a corner near the fireplace was a couple of chests basically entirely full of shiny things, a few gold statues, a couple of decorative weapons. After all, what was any dragon without her hoard? She couldn't help it! It was an urge she couldn't fight! She had deliberately asked Nimena for a small room once she was offered one years ago, but this was still much bigger than she'd ever expected. She pulled her other glove off, throwing both on the bed, before shedding the coat and grabbing another one - this one plain dark brown leather - seemingly arbitrarily, throwing that on. Having let her guard down for a moment or two, she'd entirely forgotten about the large, scarred patches on her upper back momentarily visible through the crossed straps on the back of her black leather top. "Not that I ever spend too much time here. I'm usually hiding down in the training halls if I can help it."*
Crimsonkyu : would walk back up to the bear, with a plate of food and took a seat again. The wolf would jump off his shoulders and take a piece of fish off the plate and drag it over in front of the bear. She would then proceed to run up to his pawns and then run away a little bit and then run back. Leaving the food near the bear and he would slowly get to his feet and walk towards the water. "Athena are you going to swim forever or are you going to come out and say hi to me "He said with a smile on his face.D>
Aяεηтнaяεł : "It will take some getting used too is all. and if you allow me too I can also take the burden off the cook if there is one here. I was raised to do things such as cook, craft and other things as well as heal and make alchemist potions and stuff for healing." she smiled even the women knew how to craft and smith master level armor and weapons and add enchantments to them. Aren was no different than any of the elvish women in her clan. She smiled her hand still resting over her belly where the little ones were resting peacefully inside. She walked further in and took account of everything so she would be familiar with things and so she would not become disoriented if she walked around or wandered. "Its nice here, there is a lot of room anyways. Thank you again Izzy for your kindness, I will not be in your way that I can assure you of." all she needed was a place to hang her hammock and do what she needed to for the arrival of her children and to craft it was how she survived. -E-
·Izzy· : *grinned, giving a nod at the suggestion. "You should definitely mention that to Nimena or something, if you want to. She's...A friend. Someone I'd do just about anything for if she asked. Like I said, I'm just a huntress who was offered a place to stay here, and found a home at the end of it. Honestly? I'm honored to know them and be able to protect them." She paused, blinking a couple of times, adding in a joking whisper. "...But don't tell any of them I said that." Listening and thinking about creating thing, she nodded once more also thinking about the amount of space there was in here. Frankly, she was just planning to fill it with more useless junk or shiny stuff, if nothing else was going to be done with it. "I'm not too bad with metal myself. Healing and magic, though? I'm completely useless. My general idea of healing for myself is 'burn it until it stops bleeding'." She didn't sound like she was joking in the slightest. "Actually, I wonder where everybody is. It's far, far too quiet."*
ᴥAthḛnᴧBlọọdHeartᴥ : [[Well the way she had been cutting through the water, should have given people the indication of her mood. When she had expended all of her mysterious mood, Athena had dragged herself out from the water. A slow trug that lead her back up to shore. Panting and slightly swore. Her muscles would be screaming later. She sniffled softly and glanced up to Crimson. She threw her arms around his shoulders and pressed her freezing cold lips against his. Ugh..such a girl thing to be caught doing, Crying..and kissing while you still cried. [[D]]
Aяεηтнaяεł : "We are good with things, myself i am good with arcane magic, runes, healing alchemy cooking and other things. My main trades are huntress, healer and mage. its useful when you are out and about." she said as she looked around listening to Izzy. "Maybe they are sleeping or getting ready for this celebration you spoke of earlier." she said softly she wasn't sure but maybe that was the case as to why they were not around. "Are you hungry Izzy? if there is need i can hunt for some meat and herbs as well as plats and stuff to make us something." she offered she was not one to let anyone go without and if she had too she would go into the village circle and purchase what she needed to make something. -E-
Lyeli : -Sitting out side Crimson's lab under a parcel looking up to the sky while i remained in the shade of it. My ears flicking back and forth while i sat there looking up the sky. Taking in a deep breath and letting it go. I move to stand up and brush off my long skirt, shifting the bodice just a bit it was tight so nothing actually shifted around,. Upon my ears were the usual bells and crystals. With my hair pulled back from my face and two simple hair pins to keep it up and back. I shift my bag over my shoulder i shift it a bit more since it had my crystal ball in it. My small frame showed off the curves that i was missing. I start to walk towards the forest going to walk around a bit before going back to my reading.- <D
Crimsonkyu : He would wrap his arms around her, and kiss her deeply ." My very cold Pandora's box, lets get you home and warm you up my love". He would pick her up off the ground and hold her close, slowly making his way back to the lab. Amaterasu would bark and star to follow her master, It would not be long before he saw the little fox and would speak to her as the wolf pup are towards Lyeli and bark lightly." Hey little fox, enjoying your day out". He would say with a smile as he slowly walked towards her with Athena still in his arms . He would give Athena a soft kiss. D>
Lyeli : -my ears keeping back thinking i got into trouble for being out, but since he wasn't showing any anger towards me out an about. I stood there.- I am enjoying the day, until the sun goes down. I have a few books with me that i was going to read while under a tree. -my ears coming up as the bells jingled upon my ears.- Is she okay? -looking to Athena while she remained in crimson's arms.= <D
ᴥAthḛnᴧBlọọdHeartᴥ : [[ She snuggled her face into his shoulder. Only Crimson would be able to see her face. Stained cheeks of red blood tears. She had her arms tucked into her body. Ehden had followed along beside her while they walked. It was not a pleasant day for the usually hyper and perky vampire. She just kept trying to get closer to him. Kept trying to bury her face into his flesh. Her heart still hurt. She couldn't figure out why. [[d]]
Crimsonkyu : "She will be fine in time little fox and enjoy the books". Amaterasu would bark again and then run at full speed heading towards Edhen. She would then jump and land on the bears back shifting into Demi-form. A little girl was now ridding on the bear's back ~ Master Crimson~ She would speak. " I told you little fox you could leave at anytime, glad to see you getting out." Crimson would turn and look at amaterasu " Yes" ~ is this the woman you love~"Yes , yes it is , not the little fox but this fire cat in my arms " ~okay master~. He would give the little fox a smile and then start heading back towards the lab to warm her up, since it seemed like she was having a bad day and he wanted to make her feel at least a little better. "We will be home soon love and a nice dip in the hot springs will warm you right up" ~You have a hot springs~" Yes i do amaterasu, hush now".D>
Lyeli : -standing there a bit confused while i remain still, moving to the side to let crimson and Athena pass so they could go back to the tower. Holding onto my parcel as i brought it more over my head to the block out the light. It helped with my fear of wide open spaces. Tilting my head to the side thinking other people confused me. I would look towards my bag as the crystal ball would flash to me. nodding a bit i watched Crimson head into the tower with athena. Watching them go with still a tilt of my head, i would turn to walk towards the forest going deeper to find a spot to call my own for a while. Finding an old tree, i sit down under it pulling out the crystal ball. Putting it upon my lap i would let the spirit's fly out of it to roam for a while.- <D
¤Eva¤ : thought about everything Adamar said to her last night and decided that she needed to do what she was told otherwise there was going to be something bad happening, maybe at the ball itself, if she could only keep the peace till after that. She just hoped that the king would accept her withdraw. She put on a dark blue gown, one of many Tylan had paid for with his own gold which she told him several times she didn't need so many clothes, but like the rest it was so beautiful. Heading to where his study was she swallowed hard before tapping on the door with her knuckles awaiting for him to respond, scared as a church mouse but doing her best to keep herself under control as she awaited his response. <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : He glanced on over towards his office door but he was not in his office... no he thought he would go and get a few things done that his scribes have put onto his desk. He had not even been in his office as of yet and ever since the fight with Lord Drejan to free his child and grandchildren. He tilted his head and folded his arms over his bared chest as he looked to Eva knocking upon his door. He cleared his throat and awaited for her to turn around to see him just behind her~
¤Eѵα¤ : nearly crawled out of her skin when she heard that throat clearing not too far away from her jumping almost as high as she was tall taking a couple of steps back. She didn't know how he got there so quietly but....that's probably why most feared him. She gave him a nod and now it was time to spit it out as she cleared her mind for a moment before telepathing him what she came to say. ~I wish to withdraw my accusation against Lord Nightleaf and Lord Elris. I was mistaken and given false names, someone....used their identities...you majesty~ She said keeping her head down in almost like a bowing position. <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : he tilted his head and licked his lips a bit while his brows furrowed slightly. He then nodded towards his door and in she was guided only to feel a shielding of some sort to go over the very office. He then looked over to her and sighed softly. "I know you have no reason to trust me, Eva for you do not even know me very well. I do wish though to know what he spoke to you about as you were heading to the gardens. What exactly did he say to you and you may speak freely as we are no longer in the castle any longer. You may speak as freely to me as you wish and it will not go past this room."~
¤Eѵα¤ : Well that was something she didn't expect, disappearing into another realm. What she also didn't expect is for Lucien to have seen her with Adamar last night. That kind of made her sweat a little as she was caught in a lie, but she had to tell the whole truth now as she nodded. ~Even if you kill him...his followers know what I have done, and has informed them if he was to be in a battle with you and lost, to avenge him with my head.....you kill him and I will die.....he paid for me and to him there is no crime....~ She said sadly as she sat down before she fell down. ~I am not a lady of this court....I am a commoner...I have done more crime dressing above my station than he has done to me....and its not that I do not trust you.....if I did not trust you I wouldn't have told you about the boy......I was scared..~ <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : he only smiled and even though he was not actually out of the realm.. he just put a silence spell over the office he would mind link to his love... **Nimena... love... can you come to my office please? There is something I need to know about before I proceed in the arrest of another nobleman and his... followers.** he then went on over to Eva and with a few words he would open his hand up and there sitting upon it would be an imp... a fire imp to be precise... "They are my friends and help me to help others around the Castle and a bit around the city as well. I am still trying to get them around the entire city but well... I am not all that strong." lies but he was not able to keep them maintained from out of the castle for very long... at least not while having so many in the castle, itself.~
¤Ɲiɱέɳᾶ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ¤ : appeared where she sensed Luciens voice and looked between him and Eva. "Proceed to an arrest of a nobleman and his followers? You know, its hard to keep up with everything and make sure that everything is set up for tomorrow's ball..... erm..... that's not being cancelled right?" She said blinking and looking to sad Eva who was now sort of staring at the imp as if it were the stars. "Okay, I give up, what happened?" She said, she was still exhausted and sore from last night also so she was cranky, wanting her pillow more then anything and a hot bath...but that would have to wait. <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : "It would seem that Eva had told me of two noblemen that were having their... fun with the slave girls. One which is pretty much dead and the other being that of Adamar. I was wondering my love if you would be able to do me a favor. I know you are tired and such but... could you get into Adamar's dreams and find out who follows this man?" he smiled sheepishly only to then add to that... "No... the ball is going to go as planned, my love." he then went over to Nim and kissed her lightly on the lips.~
¤Ɲiɱέɳᾶ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ¤ : sighed heavily and she nodded. "I can figure out which one is practically dead, Tacita has been enjoying him..I think.." She had a feeling this council crap was never going to end as she almost face palmed herself before Lucien kissed her lightly on the lips. "You do realize this is going to take some time and that is if he is asleep, and even if he is asleep...I can figure out what he is dreaming about...who he dreams about....but that wont tell me a while lot of information on who his followers are, even still if he is like Lord Glacious, then he is only going to talk to a couple of his followers and have them spread the word to the others...whatever that word may be....I am good....but not perfect at that stunt yet..." She explained to her love awaiting a response looking to Eva..<e>
¤Eѵα¤ : looked to the both of them, and with a shocked look on her face started telepathing them her echoing voice going a thousand miles per hour. ~You cannot do that....what if you hear what he says, what if he has dreams about me, what if you see me? What if you see what he's done to me....what if...if....~ Yea and by that point her ability went to mush on stress overload...Nim was probably not going to be able to do it with interruption and that girls stress wasn't helping. <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : he winced and put his hand up towards the girl... "Eva... you need to... relax... please." he said gently but firmly as he put a hand to his head... "Love... I wish you to do this whence you are able... to do so. You are too... tired right now and I wish no... distractions to be had or he will know you are trying to get information out of him." he sighed slightly while trying to keep as much of the pain and the echoing of Eva's thoughts from his mind... as much as he possibly could.~
¤Ɲiɱέɳᾶ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ¤ : Yea....she knew that girl wasn't going to relax...she needed a strong sedative...Nim style.....She was going to feel a disturbance in the force as Nim walked over placing a hand on the girls head making her fall into the chair unconscious before speaking out. "Geeze she is not focusing that voice....she is hard to work with ...young and....well.....shes related to Tylan..." That should be all she wrote right there...Nim liked the girl, felt for her, but wishes she just got a voice instead of spreading headaches like sweet candy. "I passed by him in the halls anyhow, how do we know he didn't see you enter with Eva....? Lord Elris is not like Glacious.....but....I do know or believe I know one of his followers, one of his good friends.....I could probably track him, that probably would be one he went to first.....may have to talk to Shiro.....if he is going to put a hit on the girl that would be the one to go too....and may have to pay him double to either not do so or go after him instead...your love..." She said softly as she awaited his response. <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : He would settle himself back against his desk just as Eva was suddenly put out and he took a deep breath while trying to get his bearings and regain himself as well. He did not need to take too long though before he would look to his love... "I will speak with him and be sure he knows where his loyalties lie. I think you getting your rest in my arms this eve would be more prudent though." he smiled as he looked over to Eva and she would be whisked away to her own room to be laid out onto her bed by at least four imps. He then looked back to his love... "I promise... sleep this time." he winked and kissed her lightly.~
¤Ɲiɱέɳᾶ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ¤ : "Yea right....you say that....then were in bed, then I give you a kiss, my body lightly touches yours when I kiss your lips...then you cannot contain yourself...then its a battle of who's on top....never fails.." She said with a chuckle as she kissed his lips again. "I am not so much tired then sore and cranky.....I have a lot of staff working in the ball room and in the kitchens and main parts of the castle for tomorrow's ball....and that boy has recovered quickly but prefers to sleep on floors and doesn't wish to attend the party tomorrow, can you believe he is scared that I...ME....was going to crawl into bed and have my way with him.....could you imagine? What would I do with a scrawny thing like that?" She said chuckling and shaking her head.. <e>
ζцɕiєɳ¤Ѵᾶȴԑɳԑяøȿ : He smirked and chuckled softly... "I could wear you out... I guess but I too am a bit tired this eve. I was just hoping for a good snuggling." he winked and whisked them away in a ball of fire...nothing burnt though in the process. "I do oh so love when you speak like that about others either thinking of you in that way or trying to get to you in that way." grins and backs her up towards their bed and proceeds to try and knock her backwards only to follow up along with her.~
¤Eѵα¤ : fell asleep for a little while, long enough for Tylan to tuck her in, check her windows and things and make sure her room was safe before exiting her space.
