ℛаⱴyɳღƁlаçᶄḩԑаяȶ : was her usual self for the most part, save for underneath that rainbow aura of hers was a severe taint of black undertones due to how much anger she has had to hold within her. 'Cannot kill the vikings, have to leave the Crimson alone, cannot kill pandora...can't do this, can't do that!' She was getting so frustrated at the can't do's she couldn't see straight. If she could let out Drakkonis with the collar to help her fuck shit up she would in a heartbeat, but she can't cause precious Eladrin would be in far worse peril, 'THAN IT ALREADY IS NOW!!??' She thought to herself wandering the east side of the woods in the forgotten forest staring beyond at the dirt hole where the warded land once stood. This was maddening, she couldn't even bring the people back to their lands. Her children were in these woods in a cabin which is why she remained. She didn't feel rangers were enough protection, they needed a goddess...a goddess like herself! Yes. Though did she appear to be one? Hell no! Wearing a simple rust colored gown she wandered the forest in search of....well trouble she supposed, anyone that was causing harm to the forest or the people or intended, she thought about watching the vikings, but the Elf song tavern also recently sprung up into action which brought a lot of unattractive clientele to Eladrin lands. Maybe she would run into some of those not nice folk and take out her frustrations. And Low and behold, she was dead on about that clientele crap. Group of six bandits.. possibly slave traders she could have fun with. She was going to tease them for a moment to see what they would do. She made her scythe vanish and decided to skip along the woods to see what they would do while humming a tune looking like a lowly peasant girl out for a stroll. <e>
Đamǿη : - Well he had awoken in the guest room with the curtains still shut closed. He was grateful for that. The sun had been bothering his eyes as of late. He would soon have to return to his army that awaited outside. Thankfully he had put his best soldier in charge and was confident that nothing serious would happen. He had grabbed for one of his shirts. Standing up from the bed. The blankets crumpling under his feet as he wandered towards the door. His messy hair sweeping from side to side. Slipping his arms into the gray sleeves. Pushing the shirt over his head and yanking it down over his muscled chest. He opened his door and headed out of his room. Coffee was probably a good idea for him right now. It would get him to wake up and be more presentable instead of the slight sleepy fog he was still held in. -d-
ℛаⱴyɳღƁlаçᶄḩԑаяȶ : The bandits took the bait like she figured they would. She continued to skip down the forest path and they tried to head her off at the front of the trail, which she was whole heartedly expecting, before they got to the pass she vanished appearing behind them as they looked to where she was skipping. "Awwe...did you miss me already?" She said with a chuckle and they started to charge for her. Her scythe appeared in hand and it was indeed battle time. This was a mixed lot, a couple elves, a drow, halflings, she didn't care...they were going to end up lunch. One by one she sliced their heads off, a couple she sliced their bodies in half, moving like the wind and relishing every moment of each kill. She stood in the center after it was finally all over, covered in their blood speaking out. "Your souls are mine...." which their souls did leave what was left of their bodies and headed directly for her scythe which was storing them and sending them back to hell to be turned into soul candies. those types of souls made good candies...the darker they were, the more potent. And it took some dark bastards to collect women for slavery. After everything was said and done she made her scythe vanish jumping up and down clapping for a moment before continuing on with her skipping session leaving the bodies where they laid for the animals to feed upon not caring at all that she was drenched in their blood. <E>
¤ℇѵα¤ : hadn't seen Cast in a few days and she figured he probably tried to find his own way now that he was better. So which meant she was alone once again. She was fine with that, she was told there were new guests at the castle and they may look intimidating but to not be afraid. Well she was going to try her best. Dressed in a simple green gown with her tiara that Lucien bestowed upon her she wandered the halls heading for something to eat when she rounded the corner almost bumping into a tall pale man.....whom looked to be one of those intimidating looking guests that they were describing to her earlier. She gave him a polite bow and used hand sign to say I am sorry, rather he understood it or not she wasn't certain, but she wasn't going to force telepathy on those she didn't know, so this was her only other way of communication which she hoped went over well, she didn't want to piss anyone off this morning as she looked to him like a deer in a crossbow's sight. <e>
Đamǿη : - He had just rounded the corner when a female had slammed into his chest. She bounced off of him. He sighed softly and stared down at the female that looked up at him with widened eyes. He waved his hand at her and hadn't really understood what she was saying. "I'm going to assume you have said sorry...: Well what was he going to do now? The female looked terrified. He sighed very softly and placed his hand upon the side of his hip. " You don't happen to know..where I can get coffee do You..?" His tone was still held the rather cold roll. A slight purr sounded along with the tone. He had taken a step to the side and glanced over his shoulder. " Or if not.. your more then welcome to follow me on a walk.."-d-
¤ℇѵα¤ : nodded when he spoke about assuming she said she was sorry, Thats exactly what she said. She put her hands to her throat and shook her head signalling she couldn't talk so he understood that much. When he asked her if she knew where to get coffee she nodded and motioned for him to follow, of course she would go with him to get coffee! She could pour it for an apology! If he would follow her she would lead him down to the dining hall. Figuring she guessed it was okay so he could at least communicate with her to try telepathy she looked over to him as they were walking inside the dining hall. ~This is the only way my voice can be heard.....I will pour you some coffee m'lord...my apologies if this method of communication is invasive....I do not mean to be.....~ She said walking over to get the fresh pot put out and a cup for him to have. A noble acting like a servant......the servant part was a hard part to break after being one for over thirty years...<e>
Đamǿη : - He arched his brow slowly and followed the girl. Strange. She seemed so excited to just to serve. He shook his head quickly and reached for the cup. When she had rushed over to put a fresh pot of coffee on, he had watched her. " I see now... " He muttered. His fingers lightly reached up to brush the side of his hair away from his face. " Well then .. Do you happen to know where the Lady Gisselle might be hiding? Or possibly the Lady Nimena?" He was looking to speak to one of them. Well he..needed to talk to lucien as well. It was about what to do about Darius and Gisselle. Sighing softly, his fingers pinched the bridge of his nose as he pushed his thoughts back. " Or possibly know of where Lucien might be lurking about?" -d-
¤ℇѵα¤ : She put the pot down and sat down listening to him when he said he sees now, apparently he was receptive to her speaking to him in the only way he could understand her. She folded her hands in her lap and thought about his questioning about the King, Gisselle and Nimena. ~King Lucien I am unsure.....he has been so busy with everything that has happened I have hardly seen him. Lady Nimena....again another one hard to keep track of, last I saw of her she was headed towards the library...but I am uncertain if she is still there....as for Gisselle.....as of now she should be in the sitting room having tea....Its upstairs....I believe she is alone for now....under guard after Drakkonis had killed her.....thankfully Lord Damien Blackheart and his brother Lord Michael were able to bring her to life again....it is said that this Crimson had gained control of Drakkonis and used him to assassinate her...His highness Prince Darius was taking care of her during her recovery....he is a kind man...I met him....my name is Evawynn.....I am but a ward to the crown of Eladrin....I have been given the title of countess....which I am still getting used to~....she stopped for a moment and blinked. ~I am so sorry m'lord....if I talk too much just say so.....I don't get to communicate with people much...~ <e>
·Izzy· : *Silver eyes were narrowed as the door to Izzy's room was pulled open, though for once they weren't narrowed in anger or suspicion. She was looking down at an old, leather-bound book she held in one hand - one of her not insignificant collection. A mostly-healed hand reached back to pull the door closed and she started off towards the dining hall, reflexively dodging any oncoming people or obstacles without even looking up. Externally, she seemed far more like her old self, albeit with a few bandage wrappings here and there, mostly under her clothing but some visible around her right shoulder and upper arm, and parts of her midriff. For all her healing ability, those were worse than she'd expected and taking a fair while to close up. She was still unable to sleep well even by her own standards, though it wasn't surprising. She had a lot on her mind, what with having to rebuild her network, being unable to contact her agents, and needing to talk to that damnable red-haired menace to society Tylan, too. Oh, and there was the whole raging paranoia thing that added nothing good. So in all? Fairly average day for the hybrid!*
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : was in one of the halls when he saw Izzy head to the dining hall when he got reports from his rangers thanks to Ravyn on how the cabin with the children were doing. he looked to her, she seemed fairly stable as he spoke out. "Bout time you pulled yourself together Izzy.....kinda need you semi sane......well not completely, but you know what I mean..." He said with a smirk as he pushed himself from the wall and started to follow her into the dining hall where he saw Eva in the company of King Damon of Palast....sure he was here to see his son. Interesting....how he got here was probably from Nimena....and he heard she had an interesting ride herself. "So ....heard Nim had to strap you down....what was that like?" He said with a smirk as he poured himself a mug of ale in the dining hall curious about that experience, he knew it had to have been interesting to see, if only he could of been there and recorded that to memory, seeing Izzy tied down....ohh the thoughts that ran through his mind were going to remain silent for they weren't exactly clean thoughts as he awaited the womans response. <E>
·Izzy· : *There was a smirk from the near-white haired freak when she heard the voice, not looking up from the book right away. "I'm always 'together'. It's the world that goes crazy." Ah, Izzy logic. It was flawless. At the suggestion of her being semi-sane? She spoke again "...Well, that's just looking for disappointment, isn't it?" Snapping the book closed, she slowed heavy bootfalls to fall into step with the catching-up, pointy-eared one as he asked about her 'experience'. "Harrowing. If there's one thing I absolutely can't stand, it's not being able to move. Brings back...Eugh." Shoulders reflexively shuddered into an exaggerated shrug as the memory of the mutilation leading to the tearing off of her wings momentarily entered her mind and she looked to him, offering a weak smile. "So, how have -you- been while I've been..." She thought about the best way to put it, refusing to consider herself 'injured' or anything similar. "...Keeping to myself?" Grabbing a drink, she stuck close to the elf. A quick shifting of her body to feel about some of her coat's inner pockets and she glanced around over a shoulder momentarily, as if half-expecting to get jumped by some terrifying thing from a shadow somewhere. She was definitely more on edge.*
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : He gave a grin when she described it as harrowing, he kind of chuckled when she continued to speak. "You don't like not being able to move or being tied down? Well geez....that sure puts a damper on my potential future bedroom plans now doesn't it?" He said with a smirk as he decided that it was time to get back down to business. "Well had to move the children, this Crimson bastard has made an attempt to take them on more then one occasion, what would he want with the toddlers and the other little ones I would never understand.....sick individual to try and take babies....wish the bitch would come out of hiding and face a real man..." Like himself of course. He took a long hard swig of his ale as he continued on. "They are safely hidden, as you can see the King of Palast is here, and he looks....I suppose a little worn...but from what I hear he was able to get my step mother.....yes...Lady Nim....intoxicated....and from what I hear she doesn't take to alcohol well..." he said with a chuckle as he took a seat watching her a moment. "Well our world has certainly been turned upside down....and according to Nim we are now to do......nothing but be patient.....still haven't got the full story on that one but I am not happy about it...I will say that much.." <e>
·Izzy· : *gave a momentary sheepish grin and a smirk before the more 'her' side made itself apparent. "I mean, you're welcome to try, but I can't be held responsible for what happens to you if you do." There it was. The half-joking seeming threats of extreme violence, before she shook her head slightly. "It'd be reflexive, too. In that moment I could have quite easily attacked Nimena for it, as horrible as that sounds." Speaking of things sounding horrible, her eyes narrowed and she growled under her breath at the mention of Crimson. "Get in line, red stuff. From what I understand he had something to do with all of this. Which technically means he's responsible for my condition." She did, however, shoot a glance towards the visiting King and smirked dismissively, head shaking faintly. "I never want to see her intoxicated. It'd damage this needlessly idealized image of her in my head, I just know it. I refuse to believe it happened." Izzy grinned. She was joking, of course, but there was an element of truth to it. Nim was the one who could talk Izzy out of almost anything due to the hybrid actually respecting her wisdom and opinions. Usually. Following, she sat down too, nodding slightly until patience was mentioned. "...I think I recall trying that once. It was awful." Putting the book and bottle down, she reached into her coat, pulling out a small, dark wood box with a pair of wings burned into it, placing it down and pushing it towards him. Inside was a chain with a pendant much like her own, but smaller, all silver and with a currently-empty circle in the middle where the wings met instead of a crystal teardrop shape. Silver eyes glanced up to him, though she said nothing else yet.*
Lyeli : -having been in the market today getting books and a flute. Coming back to the hunter's market with my items. I had placed them in my room for the evening, sitting at a table with a book and the flute laying next to the table. Running my fingers over the book while i read it. My food had gone long cold since ordering it. My ears would slowly move up and down twitching at some sounds but ignoring the rest while i enjoyed the book i had opened. I moved to place an elbow upon the table resting my chin upon the palm of my hand. My fingers turning the page while enjoying it. Blinking as light in the tavern gets dimmer. Looking up and blinking a bit as i rub my eyes slowly, I reach for the food that was before me taking some to eat it. Looking around seeing the tavern quiet just how i liked things.- <D
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : "Sorry Izzy, I am no longer going to try with threats....I got away with it the first time of course with little injury, but if I am going to try again with you, your going to be a willing participant or I wont play....I am both lover and fighter, don't like to mix the two...so if you want some of me....you make the next move..." He said with a huge grin taking another large swig of that ale finishing it off and setting the glass down wiping his mouth with his arm. "Actually Crimson is the CAUSE of allof it to be perfectly honest, and now we cannot do a damned thing about it, and as far as Nim being intoxicated, from what I gather, I do not want to see her in that state either, apparently she is very....how do you say....more stubborn in that condition then usual....I suppose...not sure of all the details but heard she is not exactly the happy drunk type at the moment..." He said with a bit of a chuckle standing up and pouring himself another ale. "As of right now though, the children are more then safe, they have the rangers watching over them and their own personal goddess, the mother of two of them....I don't see much getting close to the cabin.....and I am pretty sure Ravyn can handle that dragon or his mistress, apparently possessed by the Pandora's box....from what I gathered from Ravyn.... Drakkonis is still locked up and Gisselle....is under heavy guard till further notice, theres already been one attempt on my sister, I pity the fool that tries for a second attempt.....he will be tortured in the most painful of ways..." He said with a nod as he took another big swig of his newly filled cup of ale. <E>
·Izzy· : *There was a sigh of mock-defeat and hands - currently covered with her long, fingerless gloves to hide the sigil scarring on her palms that had quite possibly saved her life - thrown up jokingly before one pointed to Tylan after the elbow dropped to rest on the table. "Fine. I -promise-...To try not to brutally murder you." She shook her head to try and shift hair that had fallen into it. "Frankly, I'd miss you." She hesitated for a moment before adding a rather more Izzy-like "...Besides, elf blood is so hard to get out of clothes..." She tried to be less cold and to tear down the mental blocks. She really did. She had taken what Gisselle had said to heart, but was still absolutely processing everything entirely in her own way, and with recent events she'd been rather 'distracted' from caring about her own mind in some respects. She nodded slightly, though at the mention of Crimson being the cause, though she did laugh at the mention of Nimena's additional stubbornness. Once more, she tapped the box and pushed it fully towards him with a flicking motion. "...Then I want you to have this. Crimson, drunk Nim, flying barstools in a brawl...It'll give some level of protection, and an ability to track me down or communicate with me from almost anywhere just by thinking. Like telepathy, just less...Itchy." She sighed, head shaking once more. "...Almost anywhere. It doesn't work across whatever infernal barrier is around us here...Which doesn't exactly bring me calm." She only gave them to the people she trusted and cared for most, so that in itself was a pretty big thing for any who at all knew her. Still, she thought about the cabin, Crimson, Gisselle...Everything. "How...Is Gisselle?" She poured herself some of the firewine. It was odd how for some reason she seemed to be the only one willing to drink it of her own volition, judging by how much was left. Still, she WAS the one who bought it, so it wasn't like anybody else lost out.*
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : let out a laugh setting his tankard down. "Be still my pee pickin heart....you would miss this big red not so bad of an elf that is me? I feel loved now!" He said with another laugh, he was joking with her of course, mimicking her sarcasm to bring light to the situation, which was very heavy like a large boulder on a scrawny set of shoulders. "I know elf blood is so hard to get out of clothes, so is dragons, and gods, and drow....well, have had all kinds of blood on my clothes, all seem hard to get out thus far....less their body consists of merely water, haven't run into anything like that yet....so...have a lot of stained tunics.." He said with a chuckle taking another swig of his tankard and watching the box slide over to him. With a raised brow he almost thought she was tossing him a promise ring or something till he opened the box and heard what she had to say....yay no awkwardness for now! He mentally took down the instructions.....and smirked. "Soo..." He winked then continued on. "If I randomly decided one night to summon you...and it happened to be my bedroom with lit candles and rose petals.....if it doesn't bring you calm, would it bring you ready to go?" He said with a chuckle making another nasty pun just to get at her, he loved teasing her, it was the way it bothered her that made him do it constantly. It was fun! Then she had to ruin the party in his pants (Brain) by asking about his sister. "She is doing as well as could be expected. Darius had been taking good care of her and insuring her safety....so she is well physically...mentally, not exactly sure....been busy insuring her children's safety. "<E>
·Izzy· : *Eyes rolled, the deadpan sarcasm once again mirrored back to -him-. By this point it was basically fueling itself. But she nodded slightly while repeating his exact words...Well...Similar words. "Yes. I would miss this big red frankly awful elf. And you should feel loved. I mean, there wasn't even a real insult there. I'm in a good mood." Only this two could have a conversation about blood staining and make it seem this normal, though. "Hunting the things I do? There's a reason I love leather coats." Admittedly, it was mostly because they were sweepy and swooshy, but the whole blood thing wasn't too bad. "You're lucky. There are some things out there that are made -entirely- out of water made sentient. Do you have any idea how hard it is to punch water to death to stop it attacking fishermen?!" Despite her quietness, she sounded incredibly frustrated by that concept, and seemed to be speaking from experience. That Izzy gave him one of the Order's tools said a lot in itself, but she still rolled eyes and 'spoke' through the thing when his hand was near or touching it. '...Just remember I can do the same to you. Then we'll see who regrets this more.' Her expression only took on a very slightly distracted edge, an almost-nonexistent edge like she was maybe very faintly daydreaming or thinking of or remembering something. It'd be impossible to tell if somebody didn't already know her and how her expressions usually seemed. Still, she spoke normally again. "...And don't think I've forgotten. You still owe me dinner, now I'm not getting exsanguinated by figments of somebody else's imagination." Oh, she'd remembered. Just bringing it up showed she cared enough to, but again. She had to bring it up in -her- way. Still, she nodded slightly and sighed. "That's...Better than it could have been. And as terrible as the circumstances are? It gives her a focus."*
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : He smirked and spoke out. "Hey you can do the same to me anytime, you wanna set up a bedroom scene and summon me, I would have no objections..." He said with a chuckle as he stood up stretching. "Your indeed right, I do owe you dinner, and there was that new tavern I wished to take you to as well.....problem is I have no way of getting to the other part of the lands without the help of Nimena or one of the Blackhearts, so we can either wait till the castle has returned to its proper place, or if you want to wait say about an hour or so I could make you a steak dinner myself...and before you utter a word lass....yes I know how to cook a steak....rare if ya want it..." thats how he liked his anyhow, he was part blood elf after all. Then again so was his sister, but every time she needed it she would fight it mostly unless she was in a state of no return. Which didn't happen often. "I leave it to ladies choice...I have not forgotten my promise....and for the record, I do feel loved, you sat in a room with me for more then an hour now without one threat of physical violence...well completely, usually when you make your threats there ended with the exact type of physical violence you wish to bestow upon me....I just get the half fasts threats now with a smile, I am making progress!" He said happily with another swig of his ale. <e.
Đamǿη : - His brow arched ever so slowly. When the coffee was ready, he had poured himself a tall cup. He brought it up to his lips and had taken a very long sip. Her broad shoulders rolled forward as he listened to the woman speak. Evawyn. That was her name. He sorted that sort of information within his mind. When she finished, Damon placed the half empty cup down and tipped his head forward. "Damon SpellMaker. And Darius is..my son. I'm glad to hear he has been.. taking such good care of the queen..." His baby blue eyes shone from under the thick black hair. "I shall.. go have a visit with the Queen. To make sure my son has been a gracious guest..." Yes.. gracious. He was going to have a little quick conversation with the queen and find out exactly what had happened that night at the ball. -d-
·Izzy· : *For a few seconds, Izzy did look rather...Puzzled. Almost defeated, even. "...Yeaaaaah, that didn't exactly work the way I wanted it to when I said it out loud.". Strictly, she didn't say it out loud, which was probably rather confusing for anybody listening in on their conversation (Or Tylan's response to her initial words, at least) but it was close enough. "Besides, I wouldn't know where to start. I'd just end up eating the roses and covering my hands with candle wax or something." Actually, that DID sound like a typically 'her' response to the idea. She sighed dejectedly at the fact that their elaborate plan was scuppered by dimensional shenanigans. "That -would- seem like a mild squandering of energy and power, especially at a time like this..." The idea of steak, however, did seem to appeal to her, and a smile crossed her face as she looked to him. A very genuine, fang-showing smile that she hadn't given anything or anybody for any reason since the training room incident. "Well, rare is the only way...Other than 'still mooing'. But nooooo. People take exception to THAT one." Eyes rolled. She didn't really go all velociraptor on living animals, but damnit, she had a draconic stereotype to play up to now she was actually feeling more secure. Glancing about the room, she spoke deadpan as ever. "Don't get too relaxed. Being less specific is more fun. It leaves me room to improvise." Looking back at him, the smile was still there, and she suddenly sounded slightly more...Not-emotionless. "This is going to sound stupid, I know, but this is the first time I've really felt at all...I don't know. 'Right'? 'Safe'? since what happened. So...Thank you." The words seemed kind of wrong coming from her, or at least unfamiliar. But at the same time, it was all true.*
¤ℇѵα¤ : nodded and smiled warmly and stood up with a bow of her head telepathing him. ~It is a pleasure to meet you Damon Spellmaker, If you don't mind me saying so, I am still sorry for bumping into you, but kind of glad I did....it was a nice conversation as short as it was....if you have any more questions I will be happy to do my best to answer them for you....and I think the Queen wouldn't mind the company....and sure your son has made you proud....~ With that she didn't wish to take up anymore of the lords time so she graciously bowed again and started her treck down another corridor to see where it leads her, maybe the gardens? Maybe the main hall? Maybe Lucien's office, one never knows. She just wanders until she is needed for now, she was really in search of Cast. She was in charge of making former slaves feel safe, and she failed with him.....which didn't sit well with her.. <e>
Đamǿη : - He nodded his head. "Twas nice to meet you, my lady. We should converse more often if you are about. My many thanks.." He tipped his head forward and wandered out of the dining hall. Damon had made quick work to head up to the second floor. When he had rounded the corner, Damon had stopped just before the guards and nodded his head. " The King of Palast is here to talk to the Queen.. " The first guard had nodded his head and asked the king to wait. The guard stepped inside the room and relayed the message that the lord of Palast was there to speak to her. Damon was impressed and mildly happy that the queen was now being well guarded. He also had to wonder where the hell his son was at the moment. He sighed softly and slipped his hands into his pockets. -d-
Ǥῖȿȿέȴȴέ¤Ѵяέȿȿȴⱱέ : The Guards came to Gisselle and spoke that Damon was outside the door. She set down her tea glass and stood up in her red gown speaking out. "Allow him entry..." She said in soft tones as she stood there with her hair covering her neck and her hands folded in front of her, she didn't know how much he knew and Darius warned her of his fathers temper. She worried for Darius. She cared about him very much and he seemed to genuinely care for her too, he more then proved that to her the day in the dungeon crying....a man like Darius doesn't cry...she knows men like him, her father was one of them. When the guards brought him in she bowed her head in respect and held her hand out. "King Damon.....this is an unexpected surprise.....its comforting to finally see you again..." She said in soft tones waiting for him to take her hand and come greet her. She was genuinely happy to see him because it had been so long.....but her heart was slightly racing from all the warnings from Darius. <e>
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : "You can eat whatever tickles your fancy, I promised you a dinner, I didn't say what you could or couldn't eat..." He said with a laugh referring to her eating roses and candlewax, hey if that tickled her palate then who the hell was he to judge? Though it did seem she was happy with the steak dinner tonight idea as he smiled and stood cracking his fingers and walking over. "If I get to cook you a steak I also get to kiss you on the cheek, you bruise a rib no steak for you.." He said jokingly as he did indeed carry on with his threat and kiss her on the cheek. "I like slightly mooing also by the way...I am part blood elf after all deary.. I'll see you in an hour or so...maybe I'll summon you when I am done..." He said as he waved and left her in the dining hall starting to head for the kitchens when he heard her thank you. He stopped, blinked and kind of had a quick second surprise look on his face before turning around looking serious and giving her a nod. "Hey...what are friends for?" And with that it was off to the kitchens to cook that steak. He was hungry anyways so this worked out perfectly. <E>
Đamǿη : - The small guard had slipped back out and informed Damon he could enter. He moved past the guards into the bright room. He sighed softly and rubbed the side of his temple. Brightness was affecting him lately. However he quickly pushed the mask that would hide his emotions. " My queen.." He muttered in a flat tone of voice. His fingers wrapped around her small hand. The coldness seeped into her flesh when he touched her hand. His head tipped forward in respect and than he had sat down upon a chair in front of her. "So I have been informed of many things. Amazing how much information spills out of Lady Nimena's mouth when alcohol is involved..." He spoke lightly. He leaned back in the chair and placed his left arm over the arm of the chair. "And I will ask you the same thing I asked the Lady Nimena.. Why didn't you call for aid?..." His tone lowered just a bit. The dark purr of his words rolled out from his mouth. "Am I not an ally of Eladrin? Right now as we speak My army Surrounds around where your castle should be..." He arched his brow at her and waited for some sort of response. " I will speak to you after about the situation between you and My son. And do not hide the mark from me.. My dear.. I can smell it upon you". He rumbled. -d-
·Izzy· : *laughed, shaking her head slightly. "That's lucky. Can you imagine trying to stop me from eating something I wanted? There'd be no end to the carnage. Luckily, I generally stick to more traditional food, though. Like...Food." Sometimes, she could be so uneloquent, yet at the same time make it sound not entirely stupid. It was actually kind of impressive. The 'deal' made her roll her eyes, though. "...Fiiiiiine. But only because I'm in a good mood and you promised me steak. I'm mercenary like that." The grin was beamed once again for a moment or two as he wandered closer, fighting between the conflicting feelings of not actually minding, and the subconscious still being highly uncomfortable with people being at all close to her, physically or otherwise. Mentioning summoning her, Izzy smiled, raising a finger to tap lightly on her own pendant. "Well, You know how to get to me. I'll hear." Tylan's sudden seriousness just had her give a different kind of smile in return. One that was dangerously close for her to an expression of understanding. When he walked off, Izzy smirked, shaking her head and muttering to herself while picking up her glass. "...Huh. Kid? You were right. That wasn't so hard..."*
Ǥῖȿȿέȴȴέ¤Ѵяέȿȿȴⱱέ : "Nimena Drunk?" She said curiously. "She never drinks...." She added with a raised brow sitting after he did so. She heard him ask why she did not call for aid and let out a heavy sigh as she spoke out. "Up until your son arrived, my father had been taking over rule of the kingdom.....I had become a shut in for over a year after my husband vanished..... another year after that the council had declared him presumed dead taking away his title as king, which confirmed for me he was never coming back. " She said with a heavy sigh continuing on. "If it wasn't for your son I would probably still be locked away in my chambers saddened by the loss. Your son became a good friend to me and over time it developed into something more.... something that neither he nor I expected. I have fallen in love with your son and I can tell you your son feels the same way. I found him in a cell crying in pain thinking I had possibly perished for good, and I have gotten to know your son...he does not cry..." She explained as she folded her hands after pinning her hair behind her ears exposing the mark. "If I had the ability or the means to contact you I would have....even had told Darius at one time to contact you and he stated he was going to write a letter, which was before the incident at the ball happened, he had no way to send it out. My father has kept me locked down and under guard since the attempts on my life and your son has been guarding me with his life and his love. I do not regret our decision, he brought me back to life.....I beg you.....don't take him away from me...." She said softly looking to him with pleading eyes praying he wasn't going to chastise his son for being with her. "I do love him very much....with everything I have..." <e>
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : Took about an hour to cook the potatoes and the vegetables which consisted of asparagus just right. But two minutes on each side for the best part. He had everything plated and set up a table outside in the gardens, a candle lit dinner, why not? Tylan can be a romantic sometimes, He set up her plate, his plate, her favorite fire water of sorts. And things seemed to be in place! After everything was said and done he pulled out that coin and smirked. "Okay young lady, come out wherever you are, have a surprise for you and don't come with weaponry, not required at the moment..." He stated and just stood by the table now waiting for her to appear, hey! At least it wasn't the bedroom full of candles and red rose petals he threatened to summon her too earlier. He thought this was a semi nice gesture and he was fairly confident he wasn't going to get a bruised rib out of it. Not to mention the fact that he got away with two kisses now and still breathed to tell the tale, the only male in the kingdom to be able to say that with pride and no one else can, that he knows of....unless his father got to her in a past life then he would be a sad little elf. From the stories of the past his father from what he heard was quite the ladies man also. <e.
Đamǿη : - He sat back in the chair. His pale finger stroked over the arm of the chair as she regaled the story. He had no emotions on his face. Just stared at her with a blank look. He noticed the way her voice became tight with emotions. When she brushed back her hair from her neck, he spotted the mark. It was large. Bruised. But her scent was different. His nostrils flared. The scent was something spicy. A warning to all those that this woman was taken. He leaned his head back and waited for Gisselle to finish. When she did, Damon sighed softly. " I have no doubt that both you and my son are very happy. I also have no doubt that he cares for you. He wouldn't have marked you if he didn't. What I grow concerned about that this was a mating..that was not discussed. And now what are we to do? Do you want my son to be your husband? For I will not have My Son to be known as A consort..." His nail slipped along the arm of the chair. -d-
Ǥῖȿȿέȴȴέ¤Ѵяέȿȿȴⱱέ : She noticed the light was bothering him a little. The sun started to go down but she got up anyhow and remained silent for the moment while she closed the doors and the curtains to the sitting room to darken it for his comfort learning for Darius about their light sensitivity. She let out a soft sigh as she walked over to Damon kneeling in front of him speaking out. "Damon....the mating was not something he or I planned. One minute we were dancing, the next minute he was carrying me to my bed chambers. It was not something discussed prior nor did either of us think before that night that something like this would occur. I don't however regret any of it, but if he walked up to me and asked for my hand in marriage and would accept my twins as his own. I would say yes in a heart beat, my father adores him, my step mother appreciates how he has in her eyes brought me back to life, which he has....if you could of only seen where I was before he came to me and introduced himself....you wouldn't have recognized me. I promise you this however. If he were to take my hand in marriage, I would love your son for the rest of my life....and I would be loyal and kind to him...and honor him for the rest of my days....and I would like to hear at least that you would accept him asking me and maybe....accept me as a daughter in law in the future if this is what he wishes.." She said looking up to him with a blank stare remaining on her knees before him. <E>
·Izzy· : *For most of that hour, Izzy had distracted herself with more reading of the large book she'd picked up god only knew where, until that telepathic call went out. Taking it back to her room, she put the book on the one of many identical-looking piles of various books and resources on all kinds of supernatural research, from sigil magics to the history of the outer planes to simple things cataloguing various kinds of creature. Already starting to wander, she smirked, head shaking, and responding in kind. "Me? Weapons? Please. I -am- the weapon." Well, she also had the Cinderheart on her, in its current form nothing but a black iron-like hilt in a dagger scabbard hidden somewhere under her coat, but then, when didn't she? The one time she hadn't in recent memory and she got mauled by a Seeker. Eventually, she found her way to the gardens, following the instinctive suggestions as to where the damnable elf was hiding. Seeing him and grinning, Izzy walked in his direction, sniffing the air while almost playfully stepping around Tylan in a circle. "...Something smells vaguely of blood. So you -can- cook!" The Draconic side of her DID like to make itself known. After all, subtlety? Not really a racial trait too often discovered unless one was TRYING to hide. She smiled still. This seemed to be distracting her and pulling her from her recent state better than anything else had, at least. Izzy was odd as to just what could be a trigger for her various mindstates, both positive and negative.*
Đamǿη : -"I can..understand. It is the basic instinct of our species. Once we find our true mates.. the instinct takes over. Males mark their mates during sexual encounters. It is fate. You are his tether to this world. Nothing else in this world will matter the most to him. From now on.. you are his everything. Do you understand Gisselle? You are his anchor. He would sacrifice his own life for your happiness.." He wondered if Gisselle knew how deep she was in? How much this wasn't going to ever end. And just how much a pain in the ass Darius was going to become. Males that marked their mates could get.. very greedy. He had removed his hand from the arm of the chair and placed it over his mouth. Nope.. she didn't realise just how deep she was in. Amusing. He would have laughed, however he figured sooner or later she was going to find out. " Then I shall speak to my son about my blessing. For now let us focus on the task in hand. What Do you need from me..?"-d-
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : He smirked when she finally decided to arrive and pulled out her chair then went and sat in his own. "I already told you I could cook, what you thought I was a typical male?" He asked with a chuckle pouring that fire water into their glasses. "Eat it while its hot, just simple salt, pepper and garlic to taste....on a nicely rare steak with roasted asparagus and potatoes..." He said and looked at his plate a moment taking a sip of that fire water as she spoke out. "I am going to start at least, I am starving..." He said with a nod as he started cutting into his bloody steak, normally he would save the best for last, but that meat smell was too tantalizing. <e>
Ǥῖȿȿέȴȴέ¤Ѵяέȿȿȴⱱέ : nodded and stood from her kneeling position. It was the best talk she could of hoped for considering the warnings she received previously. "I need to find out how Crimson is taking over people...why he is doing this to my kingdom and how to stop him. Most have been keeping me in the dark about the situation, due to the fact that I am no longer Queen and have had two attempts on my life they see me as some fragile piece of glass. My children have now been hidden because he tried to kidnap them, his mate is killing people senselessly, and now I hear that people are saying they are to do nothing now? I don't understand it." She said frustrating now pacing in the dark. "My people are dying, he is hurting so many, and for what? Mischief, for fun, because he wishes to rule a land of dead? I want him gone.....I want everyone safe again and I don't know where to start" There was a tear coming out of her eyes as her heart rate started to elevate thinking about everything. "One of my best friends literally killed me, and his wife tried to kidnap my children....who knows who he will possess next, for all I know the next possession can be one of my guards, and no one can find him...he hides in the dark ...attacking while invisible....how do you stop a maniacal invisible dragon? How..? I...." She was starting to ramble, this entire thing had her stressed and not thinking straight. <e>
·Izzy· : *laughed, sitting down and shaking her head slightly. "No...It's nothing like that. For some reason I just never saw you as being able to cook. I have absolutely no idea why. There's absolutely no basis for that, but I guess it makes sense you can." She grinned, looking a million miles from how she did mere days earlier. Well, if you ignored the injuries. "...I can't to save my life. Through absolutely no fault of my own, things just end up...Burned. Fire really is too appealing. I can't help it." It was in her blood. Burn everything! ...Or she was just a terrible cook and wanted an excuse. But as far as excuses went, it wasn't awful. Trying some of the asparagus - something she was usually really not a fan of - she blinked a couple of times. "...You managed to make this...Green stuff edible." Silver eyes turned up to him in mock disbelief. "...You're actually incredible. I don't know how you did that." While not strictly carnivorous, having a real sweet tooth for fruit, she did seem to mostly live on things that formerly walked, flew or swam around. She seemed happy, and other than the occasional sudden glance in the direction of a sound, she seemed fairly okay! Perhaps being around Ty really WAS helping! Admittedly, that meant Gisselle was right which was annoying on its own level, but even so.*
Ʈylαɳ¤Ѵᾶlԑɳԑяøȿ : "Well being a ranger you learn a lot of things living in the wild for a time, cooking just happens to be one of them, just because you live in dirt doesn't mean you have to eat it too" He said with a smirk and started to eat some of his steak. He took a few bites and wiped his mouth before continuing on, ignoring the burning stuff, not nice to make fun of a ladies faults. "The secret to the green stuff, problem is most people boil it. boiling takes out the flavor, roasting keeps it in. Or frying it in some kind of fat helps too, frying it actually brings out more flavor, but not exactly the healthiest way to go." He said admittingly as he took a swig of the fire water and a bite of his potatoes chomping them down rather quickly. "Well I kept my promise, and judging by your reaction I kept it rather well, and you don't seem to mind the ambiance either which is a surprising plus...." What would end the night perfectly? Her in his bedroom, but he wasn't going to get his hopes completely up, but one could dream though, she couldn't take that away mwahahaha! <e>
·Izzy· : *"That's true. Though it's also part of why I never bothered learning. Being a huntress and tracking the kind of things I do? Cooking involves fires, and fires involve the risk of a sudden change of wind direction. I'll just eat things raw if I have to. I mean, it's not like it's ever made me sick." One of the advantages to her physiology was that resistance to poison, illness and sickness. Though it also had a downside. For instance, the limitations on her ability to be healed magically. "Pfft. Healthy? The day I worry is the day I know I'm too far gone to be of any use." That was true. After all, if Izzy didn't seemingly constantly eat, she rapidly got burned out. Though she fully understood not everybody was in her situation. "Incredibly well, I'd say!" She responded and beamed a grin between eating in her usual way, seeming to almost not eat at all, but clearly was judging by the way food started disappearing. She glanced around at the mention of the ambiance, and shrugged slightly. "I'm not going to lie. Since...Whatever happened, all at once? I don't want to be alone anywhere. Fear, doubt...They've affected me so rarely I've never really learned to cope with it. So, really? It's less where I am and more who I'm with that keeps me okay, I think." She offered a faint smile, though one that looked a strange combination of things. Shame for feeling that vulnerability, insecurity when it came to telling him, mild amazement she actually was...Though it was more of a compliment than anything she could have outright said. Izzy tended to not trust people with that kind of thing ever.*
Ǥῖȿȿέȴȴέ¤Ѵяέȿȿȴⱱέ : Damon had explained to her that he was going to do everything in his power to take down this Crimson and he left to go meet with his son. She still had tears in her eyes after he left. She wasn't eating very well again, her children were gone, the kingdom was still plagued, and what little she ate was thanks to Darius for forcing her to do so. She was shaking violently and continued to cry silently until she finally passed out on one of the couches in the sitting room in the dark due to Damon's sensitivity to light. A guard walked into check on her a few moments later and noticed her passed out with a wet face as though she had been crying. He moved to check for a pulse and noticed it was strong, just nerves. "Inform the King..." One guard stated to the other as that Guard picked her up and started to carry her back to her bedchambers to rest. He passed by a maid speaking out. "Bring her a tray of food, anything easy on the stomach.....and have the food tasted we cannot take any chances. Not after the last two attempts.." He stated as he continued onto her bed chambers.
